InnPlace Hotel Phoenix North, Phoenix

NOTHING.....I HAVE STAYED AT FOUR POINTS FOR ONE NIGHT WITH MY FAMILY AND NEVER AGAIN!THE ROOM WAS SO FILTHY AND DIRTY , THE CARPET SO OLD AND FULL OF DUST ,BATHROOM LIKE NEVER CLEANED AFTER PRIVIES GUEST AND TO MAKE EVERYTHING SO SO BAD MY 2 YER OLD SON WAS PLAYING ON THE BEAD HE MOVED BLANKET OF BEAD THAT NEVER GOT CLEANED BUT EVERYTHING WAS FIXED AND TIGHT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ITS NICE AND FOUND SOMEONES PEEL/DRUG ...THAN GOD I CUT HIM BEFORE HE PUT PEEL IN THE MOUTH....WE CALLED FRONT DESK THEY GAVE US NEW ROOM THAT WAS EVEN WORST THEN THE FIRST ONE,AND THE NEXT DAY THEY PROMISED US REFUND THAT WE NEVER GOT BACK AFTER 2 WEEKS FROM OUR SCARY EXPERIENCE!

my family loved the hotel because it was clean and quiet. the location was in a area full of restaurants and even a book store but there wasn't much of a view, i would say it is the next best place to having a hotel in Scottsdale.

It was raining like a Monsoon when I arrived at the Hotel. My ex-Aunt and Cousin were driving us (myself and my brother) - The front entrance is covered with slick marble tiles and as I was walking toward the entrance door I lost my balance and completely fell down on my tail very hard. My relatives were shocked, and thought I had a serious injury (I was ok, other than a painful rear) The staff didn't have proper signage regarding the slick entrance - but they did place signs and mats after my fall. The staff gave me free drink tickets and room upgrade - It was a very nice property and near my relative's house. Didn't spend time at the shopping mall (Metrocenter) next door, but it looks nice. I will stay here again but I will use the street side to get in thru the bar and not the marble garbage decorating the front entrance. BEWARE of this if rain or it's slick - AVOID the main entrance and use the bar's entrance. JG

The Hotel itself was good. It was old but clean. The location is HORRIBLE! As I was told from every cab driver that picked me up, "you are in the getto part of town". If you are traveling alone and from out of town to graduate from the University of Phoenix this may not be the place for you. There is no night life, and you if you plan on staying up late you better eat early because everything closes early. I did not feel safe without my husband. I felt like I needed to stay in my room once it got dark because it was not safe.

This the BEST Phoenix hotel I have ever stayed in. It has good location, service, and value. The mall is practically next door, there is a small amusement park nearby, and Interstate 17 is just right there. Even better, it is quiet. No complimentary breakfast, but the bar/lounge/restaurant and the big pool makes up for it.

We stayed at the Sheraton Crescent on our wedding night. The room was great, and we had a very nice night view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and after a night of standing in those shoes, one of the best things in the room. We received room service in the morning, and were pleased. The staff was very helpful to us. We had a very pleasant stay.
