Great room incredible service

We are locals who made last minute reservations due to air conditioning problems at home. We were tired and stressed butTJ, one of the managers was so friendly and helpful. He got us a first floor room so we could take out our dog and even assisted our son who had trouble calling us from his grandmother's house. The room was clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever. The free breakfast was actually a real breakfast! I definitely recommend this hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
Location is great

I've been coming to Yuma for work, and staying mostly at this BW, since 2002. There is a new mall across the street, which is the main reason we stay here. You can walk across and visit the bars, restaraunts, and shopping, with out having to drive (work vehicle). The free social hour, and occasional barbecues are nice, plus we like that we don't have to drive through the center of town, because we work near YPG. What I don't like is that while lots of newer, much nicer hotels have opened nearby, the decor and ammenities of the BW Inn suites has fallen behind. The interior decor is hideous, and much of the furniture is getting old. We still go there, mainly just because of the location.

My husband stays there frequently due to working at the border. The kids and I visited and loved it! The suite is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The beds are soooo comfortable and it's really nice to have a kitchen. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and kind. Thanks for making our stay a great one!
 
 
 
 
 
disappointing

Cable internet was on and off. No hot water the entire time we stayed and this was verified by 2 other guests. Very dirty. Military dog handlers were staying with their dogs, it was noisy as the dogs were allowed to run around in the rooms above. The dogs urinated in the hallways outdoors and in our 15 day stay there was no clean up. Someone spilled ketchup on the stairs near the PJ's Cafe and it was there the entire time we stayed. I reported broken glass and a sticky mess only a few doors down from my room and it was never cleaned up. Room attendants speak NO english. When making requests through the front desk 4 out of 6 were taken incorrectly and no one seemed to care. I called for a running and noisy toilet, they put down that I needed housekeeping. Then told me that housekeeping showed up but was refused. I was in the room the entire time and no one came to the door. Don't come here if you want a decent place to stay.

Best little HOT spot

Staff was nice, rooms were very "clean", but we found 2 little uninvited visitors, a huge cockroach that we flushed & a cricket that kept returning to our room to serenade us nightly. The pool is great, although not crazy about the pub that has a ground-view directly into the pool area. Sort of felt like we were being peeped by bar patrons. It was over 114 during the day & high 90s at night and we were MOST grateful for the A/C system in the rooms! They could use a few more ice machines through out the hotel, we could only find one! Short drive to the Paradise Casino (won big!) & to a few south of the border towns for cheap booze & interesting night life. Beware "the Green-Door" in Algadonas MX!

I liked almost everything about the place, especially the swimming pool. The pool water temperature was perfect, everything about the pool was perfect. Many good memories there. Blue Ridge Jr High Spanish Class was there 2006

Will Return!!!

This Best Western was such a great stay. I will come back to this one when I am in Yuma again. The employees were so freindly and nice also the location is so great right around the corner from food, drinks, movies and stores, all in walking distance.

One of the best in Yuma

I have been using this motel exclusively for the past 10+ years and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the service. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help you with your needs. They aren't stingy when it comes to extra towels and pillows and do not ask for a deposit for extras like other motels in the area. The rates are excellent and it is at the edge of town, right next to the highway, although you wouldn't even notice since it's so quiet. I travel frequently to Yuma and as long as you book at least a week in advance you will have no troubles with this excellent establishment.

We Can't Wait to Go Back!

My husband and I had a room at BW for our honeymoon weekend, and our experience there was amazing! We had one of the best rooms with a kitchen and jacuzzi included! The service and staff were great, the food was delicious and it truly made us feel like we were being spoiled. It's been a little over a year since we've been married, and we can't wait to book the same room again for a nice, romantic weekend!

nice people, good service

My family stayed at this BW July 1-3. The people were very friendly, service was better than most. Breakfast was good, social hour was enjoyable. Close to shopping center, easy access to freeway. We will return.
