I have stayed in many hotels/motels including the Mariott and the Hyatt and the Mezona was hands down the best place to stay. Rooms are not fancy but clean, nice and updated with hand dispensers...etc. The continental breakfast was wonderful, the pool extremely well cared for, great hot tub. The whole facility was close to everything one needs when traveling. You can walk to an ATM, good restaurants close by. Just a great place to stay. Not sterile and cold feeling. The employees are very professional and accomodating....I would totally recommend this place to stay for anyone traveling or wantinig to spend sometime in the Phoenix/Mesa area....
 
 
 
 
 
They SUCK!

They ran my credit card for an extra $100 after I checked out without my permission or any explanation! I am having a terrible time getting it reversed! Don't stay there!
 
 
 
 
 
THE BEST YET

WE TRAVEL A LOT, MAYBE ABOUT 3 TIMES A YEAR. AND DID MANY, MANY HOTELS & MOTELS. FROM EAST TO WEST & NORTH TO SOUTH. I WILL TELL YOU WE WHERE IMPRESSED WITH "BEST WESTERN MEZONA INN" IN MESA, AZ. I SEEN SOME OF YOUR COMMENTS, ONE ABOUT TO MUCH NOISE FROM MAIN STREET. WE DID'NT HEAR ANY. ONE OF THE BEST BREAKFAST SPREADS WE EVER HAD AT AN INN. OUR ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN. STAFF WORKERS ALWAYS POLITE. AND THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS WE EVER SLEPT IN. ( ONE-WEEK STAY) JUST CAN'T WAIT TO GO THERE AGAIN. RIGHT PRICE AND RIGHT LOCATION. THE TRAVELERS BILL & BARB

The close by streets...wasnt noisy at night but still i have dogs but its awesome and i have been going to this location for 5 years.
 
 
 
 
 
What a great hotel!

I can't believe this is only a 2 star hotel! Guest laundry, free wireless internet, breakfast and a wonderful and friendly staff! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

Don't miss this place!!!!

The staff is like family and make the guests feel that way too. I try to get back from Maine at least onece a year. Sometime during baseball season to see my beloved Diamondbacks. I wouldn't stay any place else.

Mezona Best Western is Tops

We've been coming to the Mezona for Chicago Cubs spring training since 1987. The staff is extremely accommodating. They have a wonderful complimentary breakfast available each morning with rolls, juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. The place is filled with Cub fans during spring training...many come back each year.
