Landmark Lookout Lodge Tombstone, Tombstone

The room was nice and clean, the beds very comfortable. I liked the bathroom set up (in our room) with the tub/shower and toilet in a small room with a door while the sink and vanity area was still accessible to others. Everything seemed very clean and the ambiance was very western. I was disappointed that the Ranch 22 restuurant, that I had read so much about, was closed for the season. I could never find where that was stated on any of the websited we checked before picking this hotel. Intetner service seemed very slow and choppy at times, and I had to log back on to the system every time I closed my computer then opened it back up again. The breakfast was really good, especially since it was free! Instead of old sweet rolls or generic muffins, you had a choice or eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, french toast or pancakes, just to name a few. The television selection was very generic with no premium or movie channels at all. Since most of the shops close early and we were not saloon goers, having a better television selection at night would have been a plus. All in all, it was adequate for our needs and for the price, was a very reasonable choice.

how can you beat a five item hot MADE TO ORDER breakfast thats already incl with the room ?!? there are only 2 "chain" hotels in tombstone and the Best Western was the cheaper of the 2 and still threw in the breakfast. Waitress was mega-busy that day but still had time to give me directions to a local attraction i missed, out-freakin-standing! overall? i give the lookout lodges' Ranch 22 two thumbs way, WAY up !

This place was just okay. Staff was nice enough but breakfast was unorganized and needed a system. The hotel is old and in need of sprucing up and uodated tv's. The shower pressure was excellent but there was a bug in the tub and the sinks are child height.

This is by far the best place in Tombstone. This lodge has been recently renovated--rooms are tastefully done and the roomrate includes HOT Breakfast to order in their resturant. The entire hotel rooms face the Dragoon Mountains(where Geronimo roamed). But by far the most important thing was the staff very friendly, helpful and assisted us in making sure we otpimized our time and see all the historic sites in this area. BSimply exquisite--will be back for sure.

My trip to Tombstone was made very pleasant because of my hotel experience. The overall service was excellent and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was really a treat. The views from any roomm at this hotel are breathtaking and the rooms are very nicely done with cable TV and free internet service.

There is very little to dislike and a lot to like. This is a older property I think they just finished renovating it but is and always will be the best place in town. Tastefully done rooms, gardens are immaculate and they have a restaurant on site serving hot breakfast and pizzas in the evening. All the rooms face the Famous Dragoon Mountains and one can watch the most beautiful sunset and sunrises from their veranda. Our third trip in last eight years and will keep coming back when we are in the area. Love this hotel.

This hotel amazes me the management always is doing things to impeove on at this hotel. The rooms are immaculate and the restaurant is superb. Great food, great rooms and magnificient views. Will be back.

The view at this motel was very appealing and that is why we came back again to stay at this location. However, we were very disappointed in the prices which had increased greatly. They took away the continental breakfast which was also a disappointment. The internet service was a +. Also, when we stayed the first time at this motel about 6 years ago, there was a plumbing problem with the drains in the sinks and we assumed these would have been taken care of by now. But, alas they still have the problem, which we alerted to them when we arrived, and nothing was done after 2 days. Unfortunately, I think we will try another facility next time.

Not only are they the only hotel in Tombstone with a full-service restaurant, the food is the best in Tombstone. The brand new furniture, drapes and carpet make it one of the classiest places in the Old West. The staff is very friendly and superbly helpful.
