"Great hotel and what a view
By longtime customer, 01/23/10
This is by far the best place in Tombstone. This lodge has been recently renovated--rooms are tastefully done and the roomrate includes HOT Breakfast to order in their resturant. The entire hotel rooms face the Dragoon Mountains(where Geronimo roamed). But by far the most important thing was the staff very friendly, helpful and assisted us in making sure we otpimized our time and see all the historic sites in this area. BSimply exquisite--will be back for sure.

A great getaway
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/01/08
My trip to Tombstone was made very pleasant because of my hotel experience. The overall service was excellent and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was really a treat. The views from any roomm at this hotel are breathtaking and the rooms are very nicely done with cable TV and free internet service.

Old is gold
By longtime customer, 11/07/08
There is very little to dislike and a lot to like. This is a older property I think they just finished renovating it but is and always will be the best place in town. Tastefully done rooms, gardens are immaculate and they have a restaurant on site serving hot breakfast and pizzas in the evening. All the rooms face the Famous Dragoon Mountains and one can watch the most beautiful sunset and sunrises from their veranda. Our third trip in last eight years and will keep coming back when we are in the area. Love this hotel.

Somewhat disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/03/08
The view at this motel was very appealing and that is why we came back again to stay at this location. However, we were very disappointed in the prices which had increased greatly. They took away the continental breakfast which was also a disappointment. The internet service was a +. Also, when we stayed the first time at this motel about 6 years ago, there was a plumbing problem with the drains in the sinks and we assumed these would have been taken care of by now. But, alas they still have the problem, which we alerted to them when we arrived, and nothing was done after 2 days. Unfortunately, I think we will try another facility next time.

Best Place to Stay in Tombstone
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/28/08
Not only are they the only hotel in Tombstone with a full-service restaurant, the food is the best in Tombstone. The brand new furniture, drapes and carpet make it one of the classiest places in the Old West. The staff is very friendly and superbly helpful.

Worked For Us!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/26/08
We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped us plan a day trip for hiking in the Dragoon Mountains. The rooms were a little small but beautifully decorated and very cozy and comfortable. We had a fab dinner at their restaurant with a cheesecake dessert creation that was too unbelievable for words! We stayed three nights and had a most enjoyable time.

Stay elsewhere
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/20/08
Overall it was okay, but the room was freezing! and no extra blankets in site! Also, the neighbors all got up at 6 am and starting jabberjawing while I was trying to sleep. Put your money into one of the smaller hotels and support the local economy. This Best Western was not Best by any means!

"Cleanest Cute little Hotel"
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/19/08
My Wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. We arrived here late and the front desk was very courteous and friendly --the next morning at breakfast -we had the pleasure to meet the owner --very nice gentleman who helped us with some sightseeing information which was very valuable--we had a fabulous time at the Chirichaus and in the evening we really enjoyed our selves at dinner at Ranch22 --what a fabulous restaurant --my wife enjoyed the baby back ribs abd I enjoyed the free range sirloin burger. Great ambiance , beautiful gardens and what a view of the Dragoon Mountains where Geronimo and his warriors roamed. Love this Hotel and will be back. Keep it up.
