Hilton Garden Inn Effingham, Effingham

Everything about the lodging was pretty nice. The atmosphere is relaxing and the beds are extra comfortable. One thing was before I went to sleep I saw their local commercial. It was cute and I chuckled at the fact on a commercial they featured a display of a hamburger with fries. again, HAMBURGERS AND FRENCH FRIES? a suggestion to whoever approves doing these commercials use your highest quality products and stylize it with class. You'll get a better response from travelers who drive through the cross roads. That is what they get while on the road and when one stops some place the last thing I'd want to see is exactly that.

This is not your typical Hilton Garden Inn or any other Inn, as far as that goes! The rooms are beautiful, the service is excellent, the food is outstanding (try dinner) and you won't find a more breathe taking place at Christmas time! Thanks Chuck and Doris! You did it again! We typically bring the kids for a few days away while their dad attends meeting in the convention center every year. We love the pool (not too big or too deep) and the whirlpool. The rooms are comfy, we've stayed in double queen rooms and double queen suites, both are worth their cost! The suite we've stayed in is very nice, offering good seperation between the "bedroom" and the "living area" (unlike some hotels where the "room" is divided by a three foot tall wall.) I'd love to carry one of the comforters home with me! It's so rare for me to comfortably sleep in a hotel bed, but I could live here. Location is great as well, plenty to do, shopping and food most within walking distance. Wal-mart right across the street and several small shops. Several restaurants, Bowling lanes and a TGIF in the parking lot. Although the on-site restaurant is great too!

Recently stayed in this hotel while I was attending a class for my job in Effingham. This hotel is OUTSTANDING! Rooms were very clean, staff courteous, whirlpool and pool were awesome. I can guarantee you that we will never stay in another hotel if there's a Hilton Garden Inn in the area!

I just really liked the hotel. Very elegant and perfect for wedding receptions. I was attending a reception at the Keller Convention Center. the room was jsut wonderful and the breakfast was the best part. I had the best omlete I have ever had.

I loved this hotel. I will never stay at another hotel as long as I am in Effingham. This hotel had everything I wanted. The food was great and inexpensive, the beds were the softest beds I gave ever slept in, abd the hot tub was steaming hot. Great Job Hilton Garden Inn! You have guest for life.

I really loved the place. It was like being at home with my friends and family. The food was great and the service was wonderful. There are alot of things to do around the hotel and in the city that it is located in. There are things for my children to do without having to go very far. I would come and stay again if I had a chance to. The hotel was clean and very nice. I loved the way I was greeted when I came in and checked in. There is nothing I would change about the hotel.

I lvoe staying at this hotel. It has a feel of major city without all the hustl and bustle. Top of the line French cuisine and a very extensive wine list. I stay here because it is perfect for all my business travels and I use the dining room to meet with my clients and make sales. A big thaks to the hilton staff and familiar faces.
