Holiday Inn Exp Stes Everett, Everett

I had surgery on May 28th and my husband and I stayed at the HI Everette for 3 nights. The staff that was working during my stay was fantastic and when ever we asked for a thing, they were right on top of it. The service was impeccable, the room was very comfortable, it was very conveniently located to the surgery center.

People at the hotel were very helpful. The Breakfast was excellent. They have soups in the evening. Good location near a major freeway. Crib I requested was there, very flexible about late check in. Have stayed there multiple times.

Our family of 5 has stayed at the Everett Holiday Inn Express several times. Every experience was positive. Super clean, quite rooms. Great pool. Friendly staff and an awesome breakfast before we leave. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Stereo blaring next door, then young girls on the other side. We heard every beat from the stereo, and every word from the girls talking about the breakfast and check-out time. Complained to the desk at 9;30, 10:00,10:30,11:20, then left at 11:43PM and was refused a refund!!!!!!! and was given the runaround about having to speak to the Mgr. returned the next AM, spoke to the Mgr, and was given another runaround having to call the people on duty last night and the manager (which her badge said). Still unresolved and they still refuse to give a refund. We left and stayed at the Comfort inn across the Hi-way. Bigger suite for the came price and dead silent in the rooms!!! Then informed by the desk staff this hasn't been the first time people have done the same thing and NO Refund Given!!

Its clean & a great place to stay..Reasonable prices and close to restaurants easy access to freeway I-5. You will be pleased to stay here Jennifer D (Marysville)

Great location off freeway. Get a room with a sofa if solo. Big fridge! Coffee pot and a microwave. Best breakfast around, biscuits and gravy, cereal selection, fruit, sweet rolls, lots of goodies. Free coookies after work at the front. Newspaper under the door! Enclosed poool and Jacuuzi, exercise room are super. Hi speed net in room. All non smoking though. Only complaint is the trash truck at 0430! I travel A LOT and this is the best value on the west coast!
