Like: this hotel is extremely clean prices are very reasonable after all its less than a minute from the boardwalk and there are plenty of FREE amenities.. The kitchen has the necessities to cook anything you need, saving money on food.. There's an outdoor villa to relax before and after the beach. There are outdoor grills, comfortable couches to lounge, subtle warming music, a hammock to tan on, and a nice sized jacuzzi first come first serve. The owner is nice and responsive as well. He's friendly and will take care of you during the stay.. Nothing but good reviews for this place, enjoy your stay.. my name is Chris btw

Great relaxing getaway!!!!

My girlfriend and I drove down from Long Island, New York to Hollywood Beach, FL to spend a week at the Villa Sinclair. The location was perfect, It was right near the beach. We rented the two bedroom apartment, which was perfect because we both had our own private bedrooms, a full living room and full kitchen. The outside of the hotel is just beautiful!!! Its hard to explain how nice it is, the entire thing has a privacy fence around it so you dont have your local hollywood weirdos watching you as you are relaxing in the hot tub. The surround sound speakers all around the hotel, was awesome!! The manager even let me put in one of my norah jones cd's to listen to while my friend and I were grilling out. The place is so layed back compared to other hotels we have visited. I love the hotel, and will be back next summer.

This place is excellent to stay.Is very pretty,very clean,i love the patio's sides,is a romantic place,the attention was exellent by the owners. This is my firs time that i found a place like that here in florida.Usually,when i'm going to stay on the beach,always stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotels, from now on, i'm going to stay here,because beside that,is something different for be relaxing....

Simply the Best SSL in Hollywood Beach

With the Vibe of Nikki Beach in South Beach, & the style of Villa Paradisio in St Tropez France, Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & SPA in Hollywood Beach Florida, steps from the beach & the Boardwalk is a fantastic place to experience... To enjoy it the best, just come with your significant other & leave the kids at your grand parents house for a week. Splurge yourself with Massages by Stephanie or Gwenn, try the hot tub, sauna, splash in the Ocean, bicycles ride on the beach, restaurants & clubs at night & you will really feel on vacation... Once inside your beach Suite, feel the love & attention to details, listen to the great music selection & share unforgetable intimate moments with the person you love...

Beware!

The best thing I can say is this is a good location. We rented the 2 bedroom apt. for a week--January 7-14, 2006. The place could definitely use some TLC. The kitchen was very dirty. The back door didn't work. We did not receive the free pinapple, wine, or massage. Telephone was not free. In fact, we had to leave a $15 dollar deposit for the phone which was supposed to be returned if we did not use the phone. We did not use the phone. When I checked out I asked Hughes about the deposit. He said in three days he would know if we used the phone. If no charges were on the phone he would mail me my deposit. Three weeks later I phoned him and asked him about the deposit. He said he would mail it right out. The next day he sent me an email and said since he hadn't heard from me he gave the $15 to the cleaning woman. If I wanted it back he would deduct it from her next paycheck and return it to me. But the real kicker is that he charged my credit card twice for the full rental amount--once when I made the reservation and again when I checked in. When I phoned him he said he did not. He asked me to send him proof and he would look into it. I sent him proof. He sent me an email saying it was his mistake and he would immediately put through a credit. He has not! I would never go back to the Villa Sinclair!!!!!!

WOW! just got Back home with my Husband, full of Wonderful Memories!!!! If you decide to spend your Vacation in Hollywood Beach Florida, Villa Sinclair is definitely the very best kept secret Love Nest! Intimate, Private, smily, very clean, appointed like a 5 stars, with so much details & attention, you will feel in St Tropez or Ibiza... Looking for French style Romance Getaway... you Got it! Villa Sinclair has everything set up for Love & it's a place for lasting memories...As a Woman, this Place is a necessary experience & education for your hubby or male partner who may not be into Love & French Romantic Setting... There, you will not have sex, you will make Love to be remembered!!!! The Suite Monet # 5 is a Must! thank you for everything, Great Hosts!

French Romantic getaway in Hollywood Beach Florida

The reality was better than the pictures on the web. Gorgeous 1 bedroom suite Monet #5 with Ocean View.Very well appointed, a spacious 800SQF, everything you may think of, you will find it there! Flat TV, DVD, Free DVDs movies, CD player, Telephone fax, Fast Internet Access... Top linen, Bathrobes, Complete mini bar with very affordable prices, very clean, friendly service, always ready to give you more. Beach & Broadwalk direct access. Walking distance from restaurants & shops... Romantic Tikki torches fire place setting with chilled out music & complimentary massage & wine testing, all the above for less than a regular small Hotel room with their weekly rates... Incredible... Hughes & Lydia are very nice people...Lovely place totally out of the ordinary...Also great location, 3 miles of broadwalk directly on the beach, with NO car & NO street...Villa Sinclair Hotel Seems to be the top place in Hollywood Beach for the Service, the Privacy & the Quality....also Great tan guaranteed!

The best weekend ever

Although it has been almost two months since our stay, the memories linger. Hughes and Lydia were the perfect hosts. Every attention to detail to assure the perfect lovers get away was attended to. The linens on our beds were high quality, candles were lit, music was playing and the rooms were beautiful. The location was so close to the beach, that we were able to do everything we wanted to do, all with the feel of the breeze of the ocean and the sun on our skin. Hughes and Lydia provide the personal attention that you expect from a top bed and breakfast but with privacy for lovers. We plan to visit often, if only in our dreams.

Perfect romantic getaway, perfect atmosphere for unforgettable love nights

My boyfriend surprised me with a weekend at Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & SPA. It was the most romantic & sexy experience I ever had. The Suite Monet # 5 has Ocean View and is a large 1 bedroom suite with European furniture, full kitchen, bar, 16 originals paintings from Mira, CD player, TV, DVD a lot of free movies and a large selection of sexy CDs. We were invited for a welcome drink on the tropical patio, and when we arrived we had the fire place & tikki torches lighted for us an just 2 other young couples. Hughes & Lydia our hosts had set up the entire patio with romantic flowers and lighting as well as a Spa session with sauna, Hot tub and a complimentary massage by their licensed massage therapists who had set up their Massage table in a very private romantic gazebo. It was WOW! after 2 hours of total relaxation and a little walk on the beach with my boyfriend, we went back to our suite apartment. To discover our suite lighted with candles, incents, Roses on the bed, a selection of 10 romantic & sexy CDs,body oils, chocolates, a split of French champagne & our our burgandy bedroom with Burgandy satin bed sheet & satin pillows, with the candles and Mira's original paintings it was perfect and like a dream. we made love all night like crazy, it was really hot and so romantic, the suite had also a full bar with sweet and whipped cream for some kinky stuff... Next day at about 12 am, we had breakfast in bed with French croissants... we rested on the beach under the sun all afternoon. I had a 1 hour full body massage by Sarah the massage therapist and totally relax in the Hot tub. Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & SPA is great because there is only 6 suites so you will mostly have the Hot tub, sauna, fireplace, fountain, the entire patio and all the ammenities for yourself. The Service is very detailed, Ask for the " Satine Night" Your Host Hughes will make everything to make you feel in Paradise. Great location with the beach, the promenade and many restaurants around. Perfect romantic getaway!
