Awesome experience

I thought the suites were great for the money. I recently had my daughter's sweet sixteen party sleepover. The staff, service , breakfast could not of been better.

For the Price not that plush.....
By msbeckser, 05/02/08
The rooms are small for a suite. The hotel amenities are lacking little extras that other mid priced hotels provide. Such as, charging for internet usage, charge for garage parking, makeup remover cloths, newspaper by your door in the morning, bill at your door in the morning, extra pillows for the sofa bed.... The bedsheets were of poor thread count you would expect a higher quality at this type of hotel. The breakfast my husband ate and stated it was the best part of the stay. He commented the staff were friendly and very helpful. This stay was not typical of other stays I have had at Hilton brand hotels. I did voice my concerns to the front desk staff and they were very accomodating and apologetic.

Heaven away from home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/07
After a hetic holiday season, I needed a place to kick back so...I 'ran away from home'. The desk attendent was so helpful, providing me with necessities. The bed is so crisp and heavenly.....and I had the BEST egg, cheese, mushroom, tomatoe omelet ever. I'm drooling just re-calling my experience:)

Amazing Event!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/22/06
This hotel and the adjoining Frisco Convention Center are both beautiful and functional from an event planner's perspective. The Convention Center is visually stunning and such a treat for our guests. They kept taking pictures in front of all the artwork and sculptures. It was almost like staying in a museum, it was so pretty. The food was delicious and even our guests commented on how surprised they were that "convention food" could be so good. The icing on the cake was that there was a minor-league baseball game going on next to the hotel and many of our guests took advantage of that and walked over to the incredible stadium. If I had one bad thing to say, it would be that most of our attendees were so caught up in how nice the hotel was and how much fun they had going to the mall and the baseball game, that they're not sure they're going to remember what we worked on during the event--it was more like a vacation than work!

Just one year old Great Job (4) Diamond
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/06
I never knew that an hotel could be so wonderful inside and out a great view of the baseball feild,. Across the street a great shopping mall, along with other stores close to the Hotel. This hotel has great things for the family on the weekends. from movies for children and Xbox games set up for the teenagers,. The indoor swimming pool with a great view,,,an work room and a great spa. The rooms are great an spacious and the Breakfest is out of this world (free) and the Manager reception. Free also but the thing that stood out this most was the outstanding service from every person working at the hotel was so freindly and helpful 24/7. if you are in the Dallas,.Texas area and would like to be away from the husltle and bustle of being near an airport Do not miss a mini vacation that will knock your socks off. Try it you will Love It.

My Family came out to visit relitives in the plano/frisco area. we booked three rooms for our family. durring this time the aaa baseball season just started. the breakfest was outstanding the hotel staff is very professional Each time we came back to the hotel the bellmen, frontdesk staff and room service was out of this world. the price was great and affordible. we have told all relivtives to stay at this outstanding property. We understand that it is a new hotel but you would think that with the great outstanding service that it has been in the industary for more than five years. we have been on cruise ships and this hotel is better than most cruises we have been on the best ever. many thanks to the hotel satff mainly the shift that covers the overnight shift while the guest in the Hotel is sleeping again great Job. do not change a thing only to get better that what you are the best ever.

Room great but service..............
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/15/06
My daughter's prom was at Frisco TX Embassy Suites. The hotel & room qualities were great but the service was much less that anticipated. My daughter is 18yrs old & saved her money from a part-time job so she could stay at the hotel. They did not have a problem taking her personal credit card but needed someone to sign for the noise policy that was over 21yrs. After the prom the hotel had security posted at the bottom stairs/elevator & would not allow these girls to go to their room since they were not over 21, security said this was in policy but I signed the policy which was only about noise control and nothing was stated when we checked in. According to security also long as SOMEONE over 21 stated they were with these girls they would allow them to go up. Fortunately a chaperone that was still there went with them. The final issue was after she checked out Sunday. Today (Monday) she noticed her debit/credit was hit with an additional charge over 30% for something they call "incidentally" coverage. They hold this amount for 48 hrs after you check out. The problem I have with this is it was not stated anywhere or discussed prior to check in or charge. I even reviewed her hotel statement and it does not state anything about extra fees for “incidentals”. I feel these seniors were not treated as the young adults they are and the Embassy Suites relayed a poor message.

A Great Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/05/06
We were there on April 30th-May 3rd for a convention. Big ballrooms and great food. The moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly faces. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism. The buffet-style complimentary breakfasts were very good. The complimentary evening happy-hour's were nice too. We had no problems. A great staff at this hotel.

Easter Brunch Buffet
By Ken, 04/17/06
It was definitely AAAA...the ballroom was huge and very nicely decorated; the food selection was large and very delicious; the chocolate fondue was a tremendous success as we sat near it and watched how popular it was; the children were catered to with pony rides, face painting, balloon figures, juggler/magincian and we loved the trio group that provided music. My husband and I are seniors (55+) and we really appreciated the reduced rate. With our children having other plans with their families, you certainly made our Easter a delight!! Thank you. (We will be back for the Mother's Day Bufffet.) Karen & Larry (Dallas)
