Holiday Inn Salem, Salem

The hotel was very clean, however, the service was horrible. We had reservations well in advance and was even asked how many people would be in our room. We had a king size bed and pull-out sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and when the front desk was called, we were told that we could get sheets, but they had no pillows or blankets. We also had to go to the front desk and get them ourselves because they did not have enough staffing to bring them it. The hotel was filled that weekend, so they knew it was going to be busy. They were very unprepaired and did nothing to make it right. The day after we got home, I left a message for the manager of the hotel to call me and he has never replied. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel unless you plan on providing your own supplies.
