Bad Experience...overcharged and unfriendly
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/08/08
The place is great but don't be surprised by the rude help from the front desk. I made reservations for one price by internet. However, I was charged triple what I had made my online reservations for. No help in getting this changed. I was told that they did not have to honor the price even though I had my email printout with all of the information from my reservations. The staff was very rude when I asked about this. I was told they could do anything they wanted. Never will I make the mistake of staying in this place again or another Marriott.

We look forward to staying there again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/12/07
Me and my husband meet halfway because he is in the Marines at Camp Lejeun, NC and our schedules don't allow us to live together yet so we meet halfway on weekends. We just started doing this but we look forward to visiting here again and it is nice knowing we already know of a place to stay.

Wonderful experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/07
This is a "wonderful" hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights and can't say enough good things. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, breakfast is way above par. I highly recommend this hotel.

a great place to stay a week
By ScottC, 07/03/06
I am currently writing from a 2 bedroom suite and it is just amazing... it is almost as good as being right in the comfort of your own home.

Best place Uncle Sam has sent me!!!
By bat, 09/03/05
Working for Uncle Sam can some times be very fun. This Place is a lot better then the four star hotel I had to spend a few months in, when I was in Spain.

Peaceful Escape
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/07/05
This hotel is brand new and we chose it for the proximity to a week-long Bridge Tournament at the nearby NoChasn Convention Center. We expected that by December (hotel opened in late summer) most of the "newness" would have settled out. Most of it had. We were surprised (and amused) to find loose construction materials still imbedded in the carpeting of our suite. (we found several U-staples and even a drywall screw!) HOWEVER, the room was delightfully restful, the beds outstandingly comfortable, and the kitchenette adequately stocked with the essentials (including a corkscrew!). Bridge tournaments are very stressful, as the game is very mental and the scheduled sessions physically demanding. We had been concerned about the proximity to the airport, expecting to hear the multiple daily overflights. We DID NOT hear a single fly-over, except when outdoors! It was a wonderful stay and we will do it again, despite living less than 5 miles away!
