Super 8 Waynesville Nc, Waynesville

Booked our room months ago for this past weekends ADBA show, she was told it would be 54.00 a night 10.00 a dog pet fee, We called a few days out to confirm that they still had our reservations on file. We arrive and was given a bill for 155.00 and that is without any pet fees. We gave our confirmation # told them it was suppose to be 54.00 they refused to change the price and said we had to talk to the manger Ken whom by the way is who we made the reservation with in the first place. Sat we call Ken and was told "If you are unhappy maybe you should check out today, I can have that room rented out before dark!" He refused to change the price and told us if we gave a bad online review that Karma would bite us in the butt. There was vomit at the door and in our parking spot that was still there when we checked out Sunday. We told them Fri night about this and one guy brought out a cup of water and tried to get it up, but it had been there baking for God knows how long. The table in the room was broke, there was no microwave nor frig in the room like stated in the ad. The place was booked with mostly show people and we compared bills and we were charged more then any of the others some of who never made a reservation. They mixed up two peoples rooms and gave one of the the wrong recite with the other persons CC # on it. One show person had reserved a handicap room and they rented their room and when they arrived they had to stay on the 4th floor. We will never stay at the Super 8 ever again....
