Rude

The location was great. I went down to see a concert and had a great time. The problem was that the room was not ready when we arrived. We checked out early but I was still charged for the room the next night. When it showed up on my bill I tried to contact the manager twice before he contacted me a about three days after the last call he left a message on my phone and said that he would not remove the last day. He claimed that when we paid for our stay we did not cancel the next day’s stay.
I ask if we paid and checked out why would we want to stay another day.
