My wife and I went to the econo lodge and we were very happy. The hotel was very inexpensive so we were a little worried and asked to see a room before we checked in. We were very sastified with the room it was very clean, the TV worked great and the bed was very comfortable. The service was the best part. I actually left my wallet in the room and when we got home the hotel staff had found our home number left a message about the missing wallet. We called them back and they sent me my wallet. Wow I was very impressed. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. All the cash was still in it.

My wife and her mother made reservations online before traveling from Il to NE. They arrived in Lincoln NE after 4pm and went to this establishment. Upon seeing the location and condition of the properties in the area - they decided that it wasn't safe for two christian females to stay there alone at night and found alternate lodging. They called this establishment and explained the situation and cancelled their reservaton (around 5:15pm that day). I have cell phone records to prove the call. The hotel still charged us for one nights stay - they say because they were notified after 4pm. I called the establishment, provded them all of this information and they refused to give me a refund. They even went so far aso to suggest that we shouldn't have reserved the room online without knowing more about the motel/location. Because of their unethical behavior and their location - I strongly recommend that you do NOT make reservations online (you need to see the property first), and also recommend that you NOT stay at this establishment.
