Mercure Grand Hotel Seef / All Suites, Sumneytown

I just cant stand why this hotel has been givin that wonderful location ?!! I stayed at Mercure for 3 nights in a Family suite along with my family, the suite is just perfect and looks like a small apartment, good for families with two kids.. Yet the service is ZERO ! Cuz beside being slow,whenever we order anything, they asks us to pay right away, and God knows why they dont put your extras on the bill like any ordinary hotel does !! Kempenski or J.W Marriot or even Four seasons should be in the place where this wierd Mercure is !

The location is great and so close to the mail shopping malls. The rooms are large and both kitchen and bathrooms were so clean. There are only two lifts which makes you wait for sometimes :( The good thing is there is a parking but the problem is the main entrance is sharp and narrow so take care. over all its great place to live in.

i like the place and its good hotels but their room service its saw late so you should phone to him 2 times. and about the pool its great also the food.
