Misleading

In the room amenities a few things are mentioned that just aren't true. The room had no IRON.There was no DAILY MAID SERVICE, they take your dirty towels and give you new ones. The first morning we woke up, went to the beach, came back, walked to the office, which is accross the street, and asked for new towels. We were told that we would have to turn in the dirty towels before we could get new towels. That seemed a little silly. A balcony / terrace is mentioned. The ground floor has neither and if the top floor does, you would be facing the building that was built directly behind this place which blocks any view of the beach. There was a coffee maker, but no complementary coffee. And there was no such restaurant in the hotel. To get to the beach you have to walk down the road past the next hotel, then turn and walk the same distance to be on the sand. No beach access wouldn't be so bad if you could see the ocean from your room.(Remember the building directly behind this one?)We had a decent time, after all it is the beach and Kure beach is beautiful. We just felt for the money, we were a little mislead.
