brilliant!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/1/09
just got back from H10 Mediterranean Village and really wished i hadn't had to leave. The Med village is a lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff who will do everything they can to help you, the waiters are really nice and efficent. We travelled as a party of four 2 adults and 2 children and loved it, the entertainment is great both from the annimation team and the professional shows with games and competitions going on in the daytime and childrens disco every evening followed by a show for the family. The accomodation is very clean and tidy and the maids are always around, we were self catering so i cannot coment onthe food but we did eat at the snack bar and that was good. Overall i was really impressed and would recomend this to families and to couples.

THE MED VILLAGE IS GREAT...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/30/09
just home from salou stayed in the med village was a bit concerned after reading some people's review's but i need not of worried some people are just too fussy, there where 11 of us that went the youngest being 3 and we all had a great time, first impression's when our coach pulled up was that the hotel looked beautiful, we did not check in untill 2.pm but we didn't mind as we where prepared for that after reading review's so we put short's and top's at the top of our case's and where able to go and get changed by the time we wnt for a spot of lunch it was time for us to check into our room and we didn't have to que long as there where about 5 on at the desk. The room's where lovely and where cleaned every other day we where half board which i don't like as i like a kitchen and living room but the rest of our party wanted to do half board so i ent along with it but i was dissappointed as the food was lovely and if you got something you didn't like you could just go up again the breakfast was great and the kid's got disney plate's which they loved, the chef's nwhere lovely and played about with the kid's all the staff where great and work very very hard, the rep's where fantastic especially fabio and the good looking diego lol they put on great show's when we where there they did dirty dancing which was brilliant they practice all day long and then perform at night there is a kid's disco and the music is brill they also did bingo and water polo and other activitie's during the day, the pool's where fab the where spotless the whole complex was spotless and cleaned throughly all the time, the buse's come every 10 minute's and have air con which is great and it is only 10 minute's into salou center which has hundred's of shop's and restraunt's the bus also stop's right outside the hotel, there is a few shop's and restraunt's near the hotel that do lovely food for lunch and then you can go into salou for dinner at night's but hurry back for the entertainment, the bus pick's you up outside the hotel for port aventura which is brill we went 3 time's twich during the day and once at teatime which was better as it was not as warm cause when we where there it was hitting the 40's, the pool bar do lovely food aswell for a spot of lunch and the supermarket has everything you need. The lifeguard's are great they make you feel at ease being there, as for noise there wasn't any the music with the entertainment stop's at exactly 12. O'clock you can sit and have a drink but there is no noise, so all in all we had no bad point's what so ever and we have travelled a bit over the year's (cyprus, benidorm, loret de mar, alcudia) so don't listen to these fussy peope that have written bad review's they should of stayed in the house, 10 out of 10 for the med village.

We were not impressed by this hotel, the rooms were awful and smelt of damp the sofa was disgusting it had rips and brown marks all over it! We did not enjoy this holiday very much. We would not recomend this holiday to anyone.

the visit and stay at the hotel
By pennywise, 9/5/05
The Hotel is catered for families and it is too far from the city of Salou and you have to rely to public transport or taxi which cost a lot on a low income. Would not stay at the hotel again. The food was cold and the staff in the restaurant were rude to myself and boyfriend and would not help myself to move to a lower floor as a disabled person. The hotel is not suitable for people who cannot walk long distances or walk up slopes or steps as it has many steps and long steep slopes.

kids paridise
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/5/05
my wife, daughter and i stayed in the mediterranean village for 1 week from the 29 aug til 5 sep 2005. this had 2 b the best and most relaxing holiday i've ever been on. there is entertainment from 10 in the morning til 12 at night 4 all age groups. kids club from 10am til 1pm. 2pm til 3pm. from 8.30pm there's a kids disco til 9.30pm and then the kids daisy club is on from 9.30pm til 11pm. the entertainers are brill with the kids. the food is fantastic but i thought it should cater a bit better 4 smaller children. 2 massive pools and a kids pool mind u it ends up lookin like vegatable soup later in the day with the amount of kids in it (haha) make sure u get down at 9am 2 get ur towels on ur beds or u might not get 1. heres a wee hint. get 1 near the baby pool as the sun stayes there the longest. over all its a fantastic hotel and will go back next year with out a dought!!!
