A Great Airport Hotel

The Hilton Garden Inn at JFK is easy to get to from the airport. The rooms were extremely comfortable with numerous amenities. The refrigerator and microwave were very big pluses. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating and many resort hotels can learn from the staff here. While I wouldn't recommend the location as convenient to Manhattan, as a short stay it could not be better.

Very Pleasant Overnight Stop

This was a very delightful overnight stop for us on our return from a Grand Circle trip to Israel and Egypt. We had an excellent rate, excellent directions about how to use the shuttle, easy check in - and the room was very nice. Location is not the greatest but when you are only staying overnight - not a critical factor. The restaurant/bar was outstanding. Food and service were excellent. The included breakfast was very good as well. If we ever have to travel out of JFK again, it will make an excellent overnight stop.

have the clubhouse sandwich--it's memorable. there is also a microwave in the room the beds are comfortable the shuttle service to the airport is reliable this is an adequate place to stay

Pleasant Stay

What I liked about this hotel was it is small and personable. I found the staff and management to be helpful and courteous at all times. The service provided by everyone was outstanding, but what I remember and like most was the staff. If a company is measured by it's employees, them the Hilton Garden Inn has acquired the best. Well done!

Good hotel, bad area!

This hotel is great, very clean and neat, but the area is horrible! Expect to drive, or pay $50 each trip to Manhatan. The price and quality of the hotel is great, but the are aterrible. If youre planning to stay in the hotel your hole trip, this is the place, if not, get out of this area!
