TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Fredericksburg

We have stayed here for the last 2 years for Rolling Thunder. The first year we stayed, the jacuzzi was broken and half-filled. The young man at the front desk tried to tell me it was a kiddie pool, he was serious! LOL When we were over charged and asked our bill be adjusted, we were billed a second time. We were told it would straighten out in a few days when the weekend was over. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, very nice! The location is so convenient we decided to try again. BOY were we pleased with the changes! The jacuzzi was fixed. But ONCE AGAIN we were mischarged and when we asked to be credited back, ONCE AGAIN we were double charged. Our budget for the weekend was gone. We squeaked by with the help of freinds. But the rooms were spotless and our assistance truck driver was able to bring her pets! The location is so incredibly convenient and the staff is so polite! We will certainly come again, AND PAY WITH CASH!!!!! LOL

We have stayed here 4 times as our "pit stop" on our trip from CT to Ocean Isle Beach, NC. It is right off the highway and easy to get to. The staff has been wonderful and very friendly. We have 3 kids so the 2 bedroom suite is plenty of room for everyone and the pool is a great way to relax and have the kids burn off energy after being in the car for 7 hours. The breakfast is great with many choices even for our pickiest of eaters. Many places to eat and shop very close by. We travel alot during the year and wish all of the places we stay were as nice and such a great value.

I have stayed there more than twice, clean quite extended stay hotel in Fredericksburg va, one of best features the the excellent staff, great free hotel amenities kitchen with micro, full refrigerator, and much more i would recommend it to everyone. Plus i love The city great things to see and do down there. I'm planning to visit next month for business trip for a short term this time. Thanks to the great hospitality. TownePlace suites in my favorite.

Great find they allow pets which i love it and had my pet with me all the time. The services was great and the staff friendly we just love it Thank you again and the place is recommended

We stayed there last time in was nice place and ok location. The price was ok as well. Will stay there if ever i visited Virginia.

We stayed here in the 1 bedroom suite. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and nice... Loved the kitchen (had everything from dishwasher, disposal, micro, fridge, stove, cooking utensils and pots and pans...etc), living room, and seperate bedroom set up with nice big closets. Nice clean sunny pool with bubble tub. Our room was vacuumed and straightened every day. You had to get to the breakfast early or it was all gone. Directions off map quest took us way out of the way and it was kind of hard to find; and a little far from families home we were visiting. Overall, we loved this hotel and are planning on staying here again this year, in the 2 bedroom suite! Can't wait to go back!
