I came here with my girlfriend in August and stayed here two days. There is very little security, the rooms are very flithy and dirty, and people sometimes come late, drunk and you can hear them screaming. please avoid this place at all cost... trust me, you're better off staying at home.

Worst I have ever stayed in, the first that hit us was the wierd smell that kinda hang all over the parking lot and only got worse once we got in to the room. Didnt seem like the motel hadnt been kept at all for a very long time, that it only survives because the other hotels/motels is sold out... SEEK ANOTHER OPTION...

Theres is absolutly nothing to like.I only stayed a weekend and if you have children its the worst. The bathroom was dirty and the tub did not work and he water was burning hot while draining but when put to the top shower it was a mist of cold water. The most shower i got was while in the "cave of winds" lol. Theres Was ABSOLUTLY no maid service i dont think anyone else worked their but the man at the entrance. The icrowave smelled and was sooo dirty. The freezer was dripping with water and frozen that you could not put anything inside. The drawers where all broken most with no handles. the windos were being held up with wooden boards.The beds were NASTY. you could tell that they were nnnot clean. HAD to put our own sheets and pillows. DO NOT stay in this motel inn w/e it is. theres days inn down a feww blocks and closer to the falls. The first comment that the review has in which the man gave it a GREAT review must be the owner bc that is a terrible lie. Dont stay in this hole!!. ...you have been warned!!

THIS HOTEL IS MIND BLWOING DIRTY WITH BUGS.NOTHING GOOD EXCEPT 13 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE FROM FALL.HIGHLY USELESS OPERATOR

Liked: cheap price disliked: dirty room,broken tub,no maid service,no sheet change,no towel change, black hairs all over tub,tried to confirm night before and was told they didn't know anything about our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. Area around hotel is not in nice spot...use care...windows did not lock...ours was cracked open when we returned from the day. You can walk to the Falls from hotel but not worth it. Look for a better hotel. Disgusting room all together...would not recommend or go back...

Stayed here for 1 week in November. Chose it mainly because of the price. All the in-room equipment worked : refrigerator, TV (50+ channels). Towels were changed every day Very convenient as many restaurants are within walking distance. On the bad side, it's true that the rooms could look newer/cleaner. I think they switch the heat on only after 6 PM, so if you're in your room earlier than that and it's November in Ontario, well you get the picture... The reception hall was in terrible shape (works going on) All in all, ok for a single guy who doesn't want to spend too much. Otherwise, choose something else

HOW DO I START. FIRST OF ALL THIS PLACE ISNT AS DESCRIBED.NO MAID SERVICE,NO ICE MACHINE.NO CLEAN TOWELS/SHEETS.WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BRING THE TOWELS LATER BUT LATER NEVER CAME, SO WE ASK AGAIN & THE ANSWER WAS NO TOWELS OR SHEETS NO LAUNDRY TODAY.HE TOLD US WHEN WE WENT TO THE STORE TO GET ICE,WIFE BRING YOU ICE FROM TRAY.THERE WAS NO PHONE IN MY ROOM,SMOKE ALARM DIDNT WORK HANGING FROM THE CEILING BY WIRES,THE LITE ABOVE THE SINK WAS COVERED IN BIG COBWEBS & HAD A BUSTED LITEBULB IN IT SO IT DIDNT WORK EITHER,THE LOCK ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR WAS BROKE SO YOU COULDNT LOCK THE DOOR. THE CHAIRS WAS FILTHY,THE BLANKETS WERE COVERED IN HAIRS & FILTH. DO I NEED TO SAY ANYTHING ELSE, TOO MANY OTHER THINGS TO LIST.I WOULDNT STAY HERE AGAIN IF MY LIFE WAS IN DANGER.WE BOOKED THIS ROOM FROM CHEAPTICKETS BUT THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT.IF I WERE YOU "STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE".IF I HAD A ZERO TO RATE THIS PLACE THAT IS WHAT I WOULD RATE IT.

I reserved a room on the phone with my credit card. I had to cancel my vacation. I called Passport in 5 days prior to ny arrival date to cancel. The man screamed at me and did not want to take my cancellation. I thought it may have been me and asked someone else to call for me - same thing. The man also refused to give us a cancellation number or a name. He hang up. When we tried to call back he kept hanging up. I had to call my credit card company - since the reservation was still in the future and with their suggestion change my credit card number etc. What a hassle to cancel a future reservation - be aware!!!

This place is good for a day. Pros : 1) Very Near to the falls 2) Microwave and refrigerator in the room 3) Mostly NFL channel is provided What I have not liked 1) Room needs to be more clean Definitly not advisable for a date or spending romnatic evenings

room was 'clean' barely... washclothes for towels... but the WORST thing was the bed.... they screamed everytime u moved... and i had to use 2 pillows lined up to sleep on them... WORST STAY!!
