Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Seguin, Seguin

First off, the reservation was scheduled on the wrong date. And they consider making a reservation in advance as paying for the room up front, which they did not express. They basically ran my card immediately without my consent and did not notify anyone. Most hotels use a credit card for reservation purposes, I guess they have their own rules. When I called to express my concerns a lady got on the phone who I never spoke to telling me I made the mistake. I dont know how me saying I need a reservation for the 30th and them thinking I said I will be there in one hour could get mixed up. They are basically trying to stick me with 4 hotel rooms for nothing. To top it off neither one of them would give me their names. DO NOT STAY HERE!

BED BUGS!!!! We were in our room all of 2 minutes when the bugs were discovered, ALIVE, crawling on the pillows. Not one, not two, but MANY, as in M A N Y! We were given quite a bit of a run-around in getting our money back, but eventually were given a full refund. Staff was extremely difficult and not helpful, offering to give us another room, but, uh, NO THANKS!
