Bed Bug Infested

Nice hotel (except for the bed bugs)

Although the entrance to the hotel is in an awkward location that makes the hotel hard to get in and out of, this hotel is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed in. The front desk and breakfast staff were also polite and helpful, but the bed bugs were unacceptable. It really is a shame, but I stay in hundreds of hotels every year and this is the first time I've been bitten by bed bugs. Such a shame since the hotel itself is very nice.

Terrible.

The desk clerk Jennifer was terrible. She did not speak to me when I came to the front desk so i approached her, she then was rude and inconsiderate when I asked her for night life ideas and entertainment. I would never stay here, this girl need to be talked to by her management.

Best Hampton in California

We loved it all very elegant property everyone is very friendly and professional.They have the most amazing beds my bed at home is not this nice. They really know what it means to sell a good night's sleep.

our stay was wonderful!! the hotel is beautiful, even better than some hilton properties!!! the desk clerk karen is superb and a very good source of information.
