Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport, Savannah

When we made reservations we told the lady that we would be celebrating our anniversary. She sweetly said "Congratulations, we will have something special waiting in your room". Nothing. Not a big deal, but I was dissappointed. Went to the bar, sat down and the bartender just looked at us like we were from outer space. Finally he said "You want somethin' to drink?". Room smelled bad, but we tried to freshen it up with some air. Have to say the bedding was wonderful with down comforters and very comfortable and clean.

There's a lot of construction going on just down the road, but if you need a clean, bright, semi-fancy place to stay in Savannah near the airport, this is the place. We were there for a conference, and had no complaints at all.
