great location overlooking the falls. beautiful hotel, great lobby with a fountain worth going to see. friendly staff: maids, front desk, casino. casino was very nice; good poker room. buffet OK.

Beautiful place, it really is the vegas north, from the rooms to the food. However, in the casino, they speak more chinese than english. Asked how to play a game and had no idea what the guy was saying. Found a big friendly dealer (thanks don) who saved the day and we enjoyed learning how to play craps from him. We even made a few bucks.

Great entertaining casino ... Everything under one roof ....I found nothing wrong .... Want to stay again ... Falls view overwhelmed us... Staff served graciously.

The view from our room was one of the most spectacular and dramatic one could experience. To see the never ending rush of the mighty Niagara waters day and night is an awesome sight that gives new meaning to the word panoramic. Our room was comfortable with a quiet elegance. We have paid much more and received considerably less in our many years of travel. Sincerely.

The hotel is amazing, it is absolutely breathtaking. I would completley recomend a fallsfiew room, the view is out of this world. you can keep entertained without even leaving the bulding. I can't wait to go back.

The casino reminds me of Las Vegas.High class,good service,lots of action.The machines are not so tight.(I came out ahead)The food is delicious,drinks are affordable.We will be back.Keep up the good work.

clean, great service, very close to casino, you dont even have to walk outside, I went in march it was snowy, yet none the less i walked around town went out at nite I had a great time. All this and we had 6 people in our room i slept on the floor! Thats how great it is!

VERY NICE AND LUXOURIOS.... flet bad for the delaers looked over worked and underpayed, tryed to be nice but could jsut see on there face how miserable they really were.

loved the rooms, ours especially fabulous with a reach out and touch the falls view....like living in the middle of an incredible postcard ..only regret was thinking one night there would be enough ..only complaint was that when we arrived at 4.30 p.m. Our room was not ready, and it took some time to convince the desk clerk that we had to be at an appointment in one hour and needed a room to shower and dress..we asked if there were other rooms ready, and she said yes but more expensive...a wiser clerk next to her, quickly offered us the upgrade gratis..felt that at that hour, it should have been offered instantly

I LOVED EVERY THING FROM WALKING IN TO HOTEL,AS WE OPENED THE ROOM,WE GASPED AND IT WAS NOT EVEN THE JACUZZI SUITE.I COULD ONLY IMAGINE HOW THAT ROOM IS.THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS A CUTE GUY VERY PLEASANT AND SO HELPFUL EVERYTHING IS SO PERFECT.I INTEND TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY THERE. THIS PLACE IS A REAL KNOCKOUT.
