CASINO: LIKES -CLEAN, NOT CROWDED, NO TAX ON WINNINGS (NOT TO WORRY -THERE ARE NO WINNINGS). FRIENDLY STAFF. SLOTS ARE VERRRRRY TIGHT. NOT ALOT OF EXCITEMENT. SLOT HOSTS ARE INDIFFERENT. TRAVELED WITH 10 GAMBLING FRIENDS. DISLIKES: I WAS GIVEN A FREE LIMO SERVICE TO AND FROM AIRPORT DUE TO $50,000.00 CREDIT LINE. MY FRIENDS HAD TO PAY THEIR OWN WAY. DRINKS CANNOT BE COMPED IN CASINO DUE TO CANADIAN LAW. DRINKS CHARGED TO ROOMS CANNOT BE COMPED FOR SAME REASON. MACHINES TAKE ONLY CANADIAN DOLLARS OR PRINTED TICKETS. NO AMENITIES IN ROOM FOR HIGH ROLLERS --ROOM WAS EQUIVALENT OF A TRAVEL LODGE, BUT WITH A GREAT VIEW! HOTEL LIKES: CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. SPACIOUS. ATTRACTIVE. GORGEOUS LANDSCAPING. FRIENDLY MAID SERVICE. HOTEL DISLIKES: FOOD IS TOLERABLE. SURLY MAN AT FRONT DESK TOLD ME I HAD NOT ARRANGED FOR A LATE CHECK OUT,....BUT THAT HE WOULD "LET IT GO, THIS TIME." THOUGHT THE SLOT HOST WOULD HAVE ARRANGED IT??? HAVE TO PAY $6.00 FOR AN INTERNET CABLE IF YOU WANT TO USE LAPTOP IN YOUR ROOM. AFTER PAYING, INTERNET WAS "DOWN" FOR 1/2 DAY.

Likes:Free room upgrade (Sunday night), the view was spectacular, staff was courteous and polite. Dislikes: Grand Buffet dinner not the best but the breakfast was much better.

We have been going to Fallsview Casnio since it opened, use to be fun and exiting. We often saw jackpots being paid. But the last three times we were there machines wouldn't even give out any play money. I saw one machine that over $2500 was played in and wouldn't even give back $200. The machines used to be close to 90% payback but now act like 25% payback. Place is under new manager I heard and has gotten really greedy. I used to recommend this casino to friends but not anymore.

I enjoy the complimentary nights. my husband and I really love coming to fallsview casino and staying there for a free night every so often. The room is always beautiful, the staff are always friendly. We love playing in the casino, we dont always win, infact we lose more than we win, but knowing our accommodations are free, its worth losing the extra money. We dont expect to win , we just want to have fun...and play

Service was AWFUL! Without any notification the Casino is now charging a C$20 parking fee. I was rudely stopped by the parking attendant at the exit booth who threatened that I must EARN free parking by accumulating more points on the players card. Ridiculous! Shameful way to kick customers out the door!! Also, washrooms are the DIRTIEST I've ever seen in casino resorts. Disgusting. Seems like they decided sanity is not an issue and cut down in staff. Awful experience overall.

We want to have a wedding at the hotel, but their customer services and responses are slow as a snail. They have not responded back sufficiently in emails and they make lots of excuses on the phone.

seneca is 100% better and they run there place like a true casino..this casino doesn't understand the casino rules..the host are the pits..the rooms are nice, clean .....the food is awful...the buffet is the worse..hard to find a place for breakfast...the no smoking is a turn off....and the people are not to friendly..

Casino itself the machines didnt pay as well as most other casinos. The food is where I had a huge problem with. There upper end establishment Noir 17 was just about the worst service and attitude I could receive, dont let Iris serve you. How she has her job I ll never know. Rude little asia girl.

PROS - amazing view from a fallsview room - rooms well-appointed and VERY quiet - large, glass-enclosed shower and good-sized bathroom - excellent, responsive and friendly staff - large parking garage, easily accesssible - fast elevators and plenty of them - completely non-smoking in public spaces and casino as of 2007! - interesting shopping and restaurant choices inside the complex - spectacular outdoor gardens and trails alongside the falls - easy walking distance to the magnificent Falls CONS - room prices have beeen trending upward, hard to get a deal on room rates - curious lobby....no ropes to guide people into lines for checking in...quite confusing when the lobby is full. - food in Grand Buffet less than grand...emphasis seems to be on quantity of food available but a lot of it seems to have had the taste cooked-out of it. SUMMARY Overall, this is the way to see Niagara Falls in its full majesty, with the convenience of a casino in the same building. The easy parking (free with a Players Advantage Card, which is also free) and overall experience is of high quality, and for that quality you will pay a premium rate, probably the highest in Niagara Falls. If you gamble a lot of $$$, room deals are available (even comps!). For less money, the Marriott Fallsview just a block away does almost the same thing minus the casino.
