Western Inn, Hampton

From the very start when I made our reservation, "D" WAS GREAT. He was very polite and very helpful. It was a great privilege to meet him. The wonderful lady that checked us in, Barbara was also extremely nice and enjoyed talking to her in the morning and "D" in the evening. There were some bad reviews and if I had not talked to my sister-in-law there in Hampton and she said she had been inside and it was very clean, I would not have considered staying there. It had been remodeled from top to bottom and I really could not say enough about staying there. It had been 24 years since we had been in Hampton and things sure have changed and what a wonderful surprise to see this Inn. We stayed 4 nights and next year when we come back, we will be staying again. Housekeeping was wonderful and they did everything I asked them to do. We don't require much, just make our bed and replace the linens, but everyday the room was always spotless. My husband said the shower was also great, he wished we could have the same shower nozzle at home. Room 107
