the service was excellent. the food and wine was excellent the personal friendly.

unfriendly and rude stafff, no help with transportation unless you go to the "sister" melia hotel, very annoying, not teenage friendly (nothing to do), they will charge you even for 1800 nmbers call.They don't seem to care about you coming back!! Gorund was well kept but rooms were very humid and moldy smelling

The service was excellent, they anticipated my every need! The food was prepared to perfection. Maid service twice daily. The place is absolutely amazing, breathtaking!! I plan to return ina few months with my daughters, and I recommend to all my coworkers and friends!

I loved this hotel. After reading the reviews, I made my reservations for the restaurants upon my arrival. I highly recommend you do this or you may not find availability and have to settle for the buffet. The buffet was good for breakfast, did not have lunch or dinner there! The shows were amusing for my 6 year old. This is a very family orientated hotel. The drinks were the only disapointing thing, since they seemed quite watered down. But I definitely will go back!!

The Paradisus Rivera had a nice view and beautiful rooms. However, I would never stay there again. The all inclusive was disappointing and often frustrating. We had to send back bottles of wine, dinners were marginal, and one has to make reservations for dinner. The desired restaurants for the evening were not always open or reservations were not available. The gift shop�s Milky-way Ice Cream Bars saved us at $5.00 a piece!! The experience was disappointing to say the least.

This was the best vacation I've been on.The resort is beautiful,family oriented.The service is EXCELLENT,they really do cater to your every need.Like the name your in Paradise.

This place is great for couples....i would not really recommend singles going here b/c it is a $25 cab ride to the main strip where all the parties are located

This hotel was beautiful and relaxing. The all inclusive feature made the vacation totally hassle free. We went in August and it was REALLY hot, we needed to sit in the shade in the water at all times. It was sometimes hard to get chairs in the shade, some people woke up real early to reserve them. The many restaurants were a plus but most had a dress code (long pants for men) and required reservations. We wound up spending most nights at the buffet (which did not require reservations or long pants). I would definetly go back to this hotel.
