BEST WESTERN Casa Villa Suites, Harlingen

Disliked: Beds very uncomfortable, low water pressure in shower, black mold/mildew around soap holder in shower, non hdtv in room. Liked: Breakfast selection was good, lobby was clean. For a fairly new hotel, it is already outdated. Please update bedding and in room television.

Although the hotel is nice for the price, the service was not that great. During our first of two nights, we placed my daugther's medicine in the refrigerator. Housekeeping turned it off even they knew we were staying another night. It was obvious that we still had our stuff in the refrigerator. Best Western did not provide us with an adequate explanation or refund. Beware if you are planning to keep stuff in the refrigerator.
