Fairfield Inn Suites Indianapolis Noblesville, Noblesville

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was great. The pool & hot tub were broke - heater went out on them. The manager told me the night prior to that these items were down and that they hoped to have them fixed the following morning. This was a getaway for me and my young daughters...they like to go swimming...and mommy likes to relax. :) Next morning...the pool is STILL shut down due to repairs needing done. I asked for a refund of my money and said that we were going to another hotel. $100 for a night of R&R and still none. They refuse to refund the money for the 2nd night...at 10 A.M. The manager, Christi, was HORRIBLY rude about the whole situation. I called corporate and they called Christi, who lied to them and told them that she had offered us to go to the Super 8 hotel across the street! Seriously?! She had not offered this to us....AND a Super 8?! It is not even a comparrison to the Fairfield! Corporate sided with her decision in not returning the money...so we asked to be moved to another Fairfield...and was promptly denied that because there "was more involved in refunding cash than the customer would realize". SERIOUSLY?! So what...you might actually have to do your job?! Maybe next time you need to get some competent staffing to get the job done...and while you are at it get a new manager that isn't so rude to customers; seeing as how I am paying her wage. This manager was horrid to deal with and then had the brass to call me this morning to "deeply apologize" for the situation over the weekend, but that corporate requires her to make follow up calls. Well Mz Christi...unless you are calling to refund my money...don't bother me!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights (for the F1 race) and was very impressed. Although it is rather expensive when compared to other hotels nearby, it was well worth it. It is relatively new, very clean, and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I have ever had, and the staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and well equipped (two 27" TVs, a nice mini sound system, a sofa-bed, microwave, fridge, big closet, etc.) Finally, free wireless internet connection, and the computer with free printing in the lobby were GREAT! As I said, I highly recommend it!

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this property while attending my family reunion and I have had positive experiences both times. Friendly and helpful staff along with a good (and free) breakfast and a clean enviornment are the best selling points. While the hotel is plainly visible from Hwy 37 or 32 it is a bit tricky to get to. Also it is a tad pricy, but overall, I loved it and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nice big, clean room. Didn't have any problems. Would go back.
