Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin Dells

You can basically walk to most of the water parks and restaurants from the hotel. The Hilton lives up to its name...the beds were comfortable, our room had a lanai..the restaurant and mini bar convenient, the lobby soothing. For the price you can't beat it.

hotel was awesome! perfect location and great service. this hotel beats everyone hands-down. block from the waterpark and next door to houlihan's... perfect place to have some drinks and then walk across the street to the hotel.

My family just spent the last two nights at the Hilton Garden. This hotel is only one block from the back entrance of Noah's Ark. We were able to walk this quiet back street to go in and out of the park during the day. Our teenagers loved to be able to go from the park to our hotel room in a couple minutes. The hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were fine and the price was good for prime season. My wife and I loved the small bar in the lobby, that had 3 microbrew draft beers for $3 each. We highly recommend this pleasant hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Best nite sleep I had in a long time the beds where great! Towels where good quaility also. The breakfast was a little pricy but very good. I would like to stay there again if we are in the area.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn over this weekend and had an amazing time. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the lobby was very clean and they had a little store for snacks and drinks off to the side of the front desk. When we arrived at our room I first noticed that it was very clean and new looking. After my family and I had settled in to the room we decided to explore the hotel and check out the pool. The pool was indoors not very big it looked to be the size that someone would have in there back yard but there were two Jacuzzis inside and two outside that made up for the smaller pool. There is a restaurant that only serves breakfast but it was all you can eat which was nice because when you have a teenager they seem to never be full. Later on as we went to the lobby all of the staff smiled and said hello as we passed and when we asked the girl at the front desk about what was near the hotel she told us that Noah’s Ark was only half a block away and that lake was a block and a half from the hotel. After running around the dells all day all I wanted to do was go back to my room a relax in some peace and quiet and that is what I got. I was amazed that the hotel was so quiet at night and on the weekend at that. Later on my husband came back to the room and grabbed his computer and took off to the lounge in the lobby for a cocktail and to finish up some work using the wireless that was provided free by the hotel. The next morning my family and I went down to the restaurant for breakfast the wait staff and cooks were very friendly and we received our orders in a timely fashion. When we finally checked out to head home the girl working at the front desk asked us how we enjoyed our stay and I felt like she really cared how it was and not just going through the motions. All and all our stay was great even though the price of the room seemed high at the time we checked in the staff, clean rooms, quiet rooms and how near to the dells attractions the hotel was located well as made up for it. 2nd year in a row they gave our room away. Last year we requested a smoking king suite. When we arrived our room had been given to someone else. After a argument with the manager and they managed to find a replacement (I think they gave us someone elses room) This year I called and asked the girl several times to confirm it was a smoking room. We arrived at went to checkin a little early. Well same problem they had gave our room away. The girl at the front desk was just flat out RUDE with ZERO customer service skills. She started an argument with me. Again we had to get a manager involved and they ended up giving us a NON-smoking king suite which they allowed us to smoke in. I'm sure non-smokers will not be happy about that. The manager on duty was rude as well. I would not recommednt this place to anyone.
