Run away (part 2 cont from Expo Center)

The pillows on the beds are tiny little square couch pillow type things. I called the front desk and asked for bigger pillows- he wasn't sure he had any. (!) We finally did get some. At the reception over at the Expo Center- they ran out of food about 3/4 of the way through the line, and then our "open bar" ran out of bourbon which they refused to restock! Jacob Grimes, "general manager" was absolutely no help. My mother spoke with him repeatedly throughout the night explaining all the problems, and when he finally did arrive at the hotel and spoke with us, I had things to attend to so my mom was monitoring the situation- he told her the "we had his word and his promise that he would not leave the property until all our issues were resolved and he made sure our reception went off without a hitch". Lies. Straight to our faces. He left and went home one hour after making this "promise". When she forced him to return, she cornered him and asked to speak to the owner, he refused to put her in touch with him. Due to the multiple problems and deceptions with the Washing ton Sleep Inn and the Expo Center- I would not wish this on anyone!!!!!
