Comfort Inn Hanceville, Hanceville

Sorry the rating is not up to par. We were so horrified at the lack of cleanliness. On arrival we were rushing to get to see our family memebers that we did not take the time to inspect the room. When we got back to our room and just wantede to relax and take a bath we realized that the tub was not washed, the sheets were on the bed backwards and the carpeting had not been vacuumed. So I called the front deck and they said they had no other room available and so I asked if they had some cleaner that I could use to wash the tub myself and proceeded to do just that. At the end of our stay I spoke to the manager and she only offered an apology. We have a niece who is a nun at the local shrine that we would like to visit again but we will not stay there.
