Pavillon Winter Luxor, Hiram

I have been to the New Winter Palace on several occasions, usually around Christmas time, the weather at this time of year although it is cold/fresh morning and night the days are quite warm. I can't speak to highly of the staff who will do anything to assist you if possible, and if they can't, they find someone who can. I usually stay in the Pavillion block which is newer, the main building whilst the accommodation is always clean and well looked after, it can be best expressed as care worn. On the whole I feel as if when I return I am just going "home", the food and restaurants are excellent, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed whith any of my visits.
