Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Springdale, Springdale

When I arived I was put in the wrong type room after i had booked it on line. The front attendent couldn't help me out. Told me to talk to the ast manager next day. I talked to the gm named DUKE and he was really rude and wouldn't acomadate me or compinsate for the mistake made by the staff. The house keepers didn't knock on the door before entering and i was naked after coming out of the shower. The gm acted as if he didn't care. My room smelled of black mold and i had to go to the Dr due to an ashma flare up. That was the most dirties hotel i have ever stayed @ I found black hair in the sink and the bath tub, and the toilet smelled of urin. The non smoking room that i was sapose to recieved was not available as i requested on line so i had to stay one night in a smoking room. I late decided to move to Sleep Inn next door. Were i was taked care of very well. I was charged on my master card for the additional 2 nights stay. 100o/o guarntee doesn't apply here? never again
