Likes - 1. A (very ) safe neighborhood within walking distance to good restaurants and shops 2. Excellent front-desk staff, especially Sherri, and Eriq - both show outstanding customer service 3. Complimentary breakfast - excellent. 4. Safe (complimentary) off-street parking and immaculate grounds and rooms. 5. Professionals arriving /leaving at all hours - gave Hotel a busy and safe feel Dislikes - 1. The Marriot corporate sales people responsible for wedding accomodations and special events. We were in for a wedding to see many people we haven't seen in years and really needed to spend a few more days. Completely unplanned. Unfortunately, Marriot was very stiff and would not allow us to remain at the same rate, even for 3 more days. The price doubled and varied upwards depending on the day. We felt it was fair to pay a little more, but Marriot would rather have us leave than having us stay in the room for a little less than corporate rate. We ended up having to find another hotel for the same rate, which was a big hassle. Marriot could have had us for a guaranteed stay and income, instead they risked an empty room at a higher rate. This behavior tarnished a great experience otherwise.

I've stayed in so many hotels all around the country and this was the first time I ever stayed somewhere that I felt I needed to comment about . I was extremely impressed with the front desk staff , Shari, Ashley, and Morgan. They were always exceptional and made my 3 weeks there a pleasure. It's definitely the difference between being away from home for too long , or enjoying being away and having them to walk in the door to say hi to everyday. Can't say enough about them ... Thank You

I had a very large function at this hotel last month...I spent over $20,000 and was asked to pay more because an employee messed up a cake?! NO WAY! The rooms are grimy and the banquet managet is a total JERK! Rachid, is his name and I will never do business there again! He came onto me and I was very discusted! Sara

Excellence was clearly exhibited in your fine hotel. It is quite evident that your chief engineer is doing an outstanding job keeping everything up and running smoothly. We always enjoy the amenities of your fine hotel. It is very pleasant and convenient to have the mall access so close.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. 18 months ago I was very impressed. And although a little pricey it was still a great value because of the great customer service. This time however it was no longer a good value. Lunch at the restaurant was terrible, and the customer service was average. I love the location, but will not stay again.
