Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Winchester

My family selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool was better than advertised according to my kids. The front desk staff, the breakfast attendant, and the cleaning staff were all exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The property is as nice or nicer than any Fairfield I've stayed at before. The internet worked reliably, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast area was well stocked and clean, the pool area was well maintained, clean, and pleasant, and parking was easy. I highly recommend this hotel for either business or family travel purposes.

I arrived at the hotel with my father and was overwhelmed by the yelling of the general manager at one of her front desk clerk.

Its poorly ran. The management is terrible. I walked in and heard the General Manager yelling at her Front Desk Clerk. I suggest another hotel when visiting the area
