If you can get another Hotel, do so

We stayed 4 days in this Hotel. This Hotel had "0" customer service. First, on the first day I we were there (my wife and I), someone came to our door, knocked and told us to be quiet that the next room was complaining of noise. All we did was let the TV run a bit high for about 5 minutes, Anyway we found it weird that they would come to the door, they could of just phoned us in the room to tell us to turn the tv down.
Second incident started the first day we were there. I started to itch all over after laying on the bed. I thought it was me or that I had eaten someting and I had an allergy but it happened again the next day and also my wife had the same reaction. We had bug bites all over our bodies. During our last night of stay we complained to the front desk that we thought there were bedbugs. We requested another room, but they told us that they were all sold out. Then we requsted another room in another hotel which was denied also. The reaction from the front desk was "tough luck" you deal with it.
If you can get another hotel get it. I would of paid an extra $100.00 to stay elsewhere but it was already late at night.
