I had been to this hotel last month, I like the hospitality shown by the hotel staffs. Received a warm welcome and then guided to my room. As I was alone deluxe room was good for me, The room was clean and tidy with all amenities required. The quality of the food was good and hygienic. The staffs of the hotel was friendly and helpful and the service provided by them was great and good.

I along with my friends had been to this hotel and I really like the kind of services they provided. The staffs were friendly, hotel was clean and tidy, the quality of the food was amazing from breakfast to dining (I loved the Chinese cuisine of this hotel) and the cost was so affordable. The best of this hotel is its location, at the heart of Noida with shopping centers all around. I personally recommend this hotel if you happen to visit India.

If you are planning to visit Noida, there are very little western style accommodation choices that would be standard in the area. It is not a bad hotel if you plan to stay a few days or weekend but that’s it. The charm of the hotel wears of after a few days as the price of food, the noise and the hotel car rental, drive out the bargain. Although the internet was free but the charge for making calls is costly and it’s better to use a phone card to call outside the area. If you want to a rent a car, the hotel forces you to take the hotel car which can run up to $100US for an 8 hour day as opposed to getting an air-conditioned taxi which will only run $40US but they will not call it for you. Also the price of food for Indian cuisine is priced high in this hotel, however most hotel room service prices are expensive, the hotels food prices rival 5 star dining at Las Vegas but not the same chefs. There is lots of noise in the area but that is accepted as Noida is a developing area but the hotel could be better insulted. There is a good western style mall about a 5 min walk away but I don’t recommend eating there. Overall I would give this 3/5 and good only for a few day stay, try to rent a furnished guest house if you plan on staying in Noida longer.

I've been to many Radisson hotel in Asia. This seems to be the WORST. I would not recommend anyone stay here. a. Very Noisy, buy earplugs if you plan to stay. b. Very expensive with very less value in return. c. Rude managers d. Boring buffet e. Commute to Delhi is painful

During my stay in this hotel, I experienced various problems which are considered basic amenities in any hotels: * Central heating was not working. After I complained about it, they gave me a portable heater. You need to make sure that you don't bumped into it, otherwise you can get a serious burn. * Sometimes you get dirty, orange/rusty water in your shower. * Toilet would not flush when you want it to. ** Their frontline staff is very courteous but they don't have any authority. * If you are looking for a quite hotel, this is not it.

This is highly overrated hotel. You don't get a good value for your room rate in this hotel. In my opinion, you only get $0.25 value for your $1 spent at this hotel. List of issues at this hotel: (1) Sound insulation is just not there. This makes surrondings (especially when your room is facing the road) very noisy. (2) The Rs. 975 buffet has been cut down to almost no variety now. They reduced the number of desert items in half. (3) There is always some sort of maintenance going on all the time. So if you need to take a nap during day time to recover from your jet lag....you can hardly sleep. (4) They charge $8/hr for internet access if you stay in a deluxe room, while outside it is dirt cheap..$0.25/hr. (5) Their top managers are highly arrogant.

It was my first trip to India. I was with my husband for business trip. We stayed for almost 2 weeks.The service, the warmth from the staff...it was overwhelming!! I was sad to leave really. The kindness from the staff to name names it will be Benjamin from the front desk-we'll never forget your effort! You should be rewarded:)..infact every staff was very kind to us. The rest will be Puneet(the waiter), Amita from housekeeping, Shalini, Mr Arun...as i've mentioned everyone of them!! I really wish the best to all of you. Keep up the best work! i like each and every thin about radison hotel i think it has got value for money and there service and hospitality is better than the best..........

Excellent service staff is well mannered.good shopping complex near by easy access to new delhi .All and all good experience.I would definately come back to stay in such a lovely hotel.
