Two Villas Holiday Phuket- Oxygen Style Bang Tao Beach, Thalang

We stayed at this hotel-villa company of four people 07/03/2011-23/03/2011. For the first: smiling staff, nice villa and the area. The first problem was a broken safe, which they replaced just 3 minutes, on this basis; we can judge the quality of attachment and on the integrity of the hotel. 5 days before to departure from our villa was stolen entirely safe, easily removed from the fixture. In the safe were all our documents, money, credit cards and jewelry. Just out of the bedroom were stolen, two professional cameras and new mobile phone. It happened somewhere in the 21.00-23.00 pm, the barrier was opened, and the guard was sleeping safely. To police, they also did not want to call. Manager of the hotel refused to come at the meeting to us. No compensation or help from the hotel we did not get. And the worst thing that the consulate told us that this is not the first time in this hotel chain.
