The Newport and Balboa Piers are surrounded by a multitude of shops and restaurants, from fine dining to family dining, and everything in between. There are public basketball and tennis courts as well as a public park and athletic field at the Balboa pier, and sand volleyball courts are located between the piers. The Balboa Pier is also home to the only beach fire pits on the Peninsula. There is even a Ferris wheel, carousel and video arcade in the Balboa Fun Zone. The facilities include covered parking, laundry service, parking, and a playground. Pets are not allowed. This beautiful vacation rental unit includes a BBQ grill, cable TV, coffee pots, irons, ironing boards, DVD players, fully equipped kitchens, and refrigerators. A USD 500.00 refundable security deposit fee will be collected at check-in. The normal 3 percent booking charge is currently being waived. Minimum age required at check-in is 25.
