Modern, Clean, Excellent Service
The place is spotless and super quiet being tucked in a side street across from the Opera. If you are taking the train anywhere or even into Rome, this is a perfect spot as it is close to Termini, but just far enough away to keep away from traffic.
Being close to Termini, it also means its not too close to any great sites, although we did walk to the Forum, et al, but would not walk back. Also, the breakfast is so so and the pictures on the web site appear to be a little stretched. The double room, king bed is super tight and the bed is quite firm for a foam mattress.
The view in the alley way is not so nice and the smoking area in the middle of the hotel is a complete waste of space.
However, it is brand spanking new and super clean. The hotel staff was amazing and very receptive to speaking english and providing recommendations for local spots, especially upon arrival as we were tired and just wanted something local to eat (of which there are not many). Simply put, you can pay a lot more for the Artemide which is right around the corner or get good value out of this place.
Ultimately, I would recommend.
