The Crossing is a family owned and operated resort located halfway between Banff and Jasper (77km from Lake Louise), in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Its location puts it within the breathtaking sites of the Columbia Icefields, Peyto Lake, and Athabasca Falls to mention a few.With almost 4,000 square feet available in the Gift Shop, the guests can browse for everything from groceries and inexpensive trinkets to some of the finest quality gifts available. The Crossing offers a variety of dining options including our 300 seat buffet dining room offering lunch and dinner, a self serve cafeteria for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the country style bar. The Full Service Center of the Crossing offers a variety of products for the individual or the group traveler. As well as regular and supreme gasoline it also offers diesel and propane motor fuels and a complimentary sewage dump facility. Service is available 24 hours a day.The 66 unit motel is set in the middle of the beautiful Canadian Rockies and each unit has a spectacular view without the sights and sounds associated with urban settings. Most of the rooms contain two double beds, fully appointed private bathrooms, separate vanity, satellite TV, and telephones.
