We stayed for a show in Vector Arena we had to attend in Auckland and found Stadium Serviced Apartments to be perfect for our needs. The apartment was very big with a balcony, good sized tv and all the requirements. The rate was the best value t we found in the Auckland CBD and included a car park in the adjoin complex. The location was very convenient as we had to walk only about 300 ,there si a lot of coffee shops and restaurant around and we were only 7 minutes walk from Queen Street. we will definitely stay again when we need to visit Auckland.

My husband and I started our month long trip in NZ and stay 4 nights at this hotel. The suites were clean, modern, nice decor and very comfortable beds, everything worked beautifully. The Lobby.the adjoing complex Waldorf pool, Exercise Rooms were excellent. The location was walking distance to almost anything you would want to go to in Auckland. The Harbour approximately 6min walk. We were there on the weekend of Aucklands birthday and could watch the fireworks. there was chaep internet in the rooms. Go to Esquires coffee instead, buy a coffee and get it free. .previously the Hyatt. It is well worth the what we paid.. I would highly recommend this hotel for a perfect short or extended stay. We always treat ourselves to a good hotel after a long flight. This one is at the top of our list for value for $$$. My husband thinks I am quite fussy about rooms and this is one of the best I have stayed in foour NZ visit

This last trip was my third and is now my ONLY GO TO place in Auckland central . I spend an average of 3 weeks there every August and although they have quite a lot of people coming and going they always remember me when I arrive and it's great to see the same staff year after year. I've stayed at others and the service here just gets better and better. the suite apartments in Stadium Waldorf are spacious and have amazing decor.reasonably priced internet fee (especially for long term stays and repeat customers). Great kitchen & laundry facility,nice deck in most of the apartments. The location is very central within the Auckland City center-a lot of restaurants and bard within 2-5 minutes walk.Very close to the wtaer front and Queen Strret- will see you soon!

love Stadium Apartment Hotel in Auckland. I stayed here back in Fed & May 2011 and I love it! It is located along a street which enable you to walk to the Queen Street within 5 minutes. the railway station 4 minutes and a great 24/7 Countdown 2 minutes! You can also walk towards the waterfront within 8 minutes as well as to the shopping centres. Thus, location plus its 5star serviced apartment Hotel for a very good rate! As for the rest of the amenities, I have to say that they were well kept and cleaned. My apartment (which was on the highest floor) allows you to see a beautiful night view . This is an apartment so even without room service, the reception is being mended 24hours. The price is also reasonable. Thus for those who wish for a large living space but don't mind not having room service and don't wish to pay huge rates for a 5 star hotel suite, then this apartment hotel is for you. The high speed internet is good and cheap,parking is 50 m away from your complex.Very modern decor with veranda,kitchen & laundry in your suite!

stayed at the Stdium Apartment HotelnHotel twice on this trip. It is a great suite/hotel apartment experience I was not used to stay in the UK There are few amenities,some of them (Tennis Court,Pool 2nd Gym) are in the nearby Waldorf Scene Complex The elevator requires a room key for access; the system works passibly well but not effortlessly. The suites themselves tend to be very spacious. The bathrooms are lrager than you can expect from an hotel , and have also internal laundry.The bed was soft and comfy and there was a balcony on each room, Our suite had also had in-suite large kitchen a first in my long business-travel experience. In fact, the desk spaces were a good idea and the internet service quite good and not pticey, There is a nice Saigon Reasturant and a Tiger bar nearby so that was good. The reception staff are all lovely, polite and very pretty, so that made it worth while to get out of bed in the morning .There also was a gym in the ground fllor; I never made it down there to see how well equipped it was.( This is in addition to the more professional one in Scene) The majority of the guests in the hotel appear to be business or long-stay visitors, , right across the street.It is a great business hotel! A brief walk down the road from the hotel was Queen Street and Auckland main railway staion which is the main drag in Auckland. My colleague and I walked there most evenings and found exciting dining at Viaduct Quay -- the array of pubs and restaurants was endless. So the Waldorf Stadium is a good marks for convenience, accessibility and safety. In summary, it's a reat location and quality quick visit to Auckland.The avlue for the suites is one of the best I had in this City.

Stayed 2 nights in a two bedroom apartment to see a show at Vector Arena. Location was ideal with a short walk to the arena, -only 350 m from Stadium apartment hotel. The hotel apartment are very spacious and have everything you could ever need on a short stay. The bathroom was especially large for hotel .which included a shower, basin and toilet and good laundry.Our apartment hotel was opposite the main lifts but didn't hear a thing. Considering the hotel was full on our first night, we weren't disturbed at all. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Everything in the hotel is very modern with graet 24/7 security and reception.Very good on site Sagion reasturant and plenty of additional restaurants & coffee shops within 5 minutes walkinng distance.Great 24/7 Coundown superstore with great selection of groceries,wine & take away food. Very good rate for this type of qulaity accommodation anad location.highly recomended

We expected the room to be small in size so weren't caught and we were pleasantly found to see the spacious size of our 1 bedroom hotel apartment! We were a little disappointed with our balcony view . We were very happy with the washer/dryer. When we ran out of powder we were provided with more!! That is an awesome idea which we highly valued as we were coming to the end of our trip. The kitchen was very spacious and very clean with all the appliances and crockery. The bed was great and comfy and the sheets were always beautiful and fresh. The bathroom was spacious and modern and spotless. It was refreshing to be provided with toiletries that weren't the same old cheap stuff! The towels were nice and crispy but not too crispy that it felt like sand paper! The in room internet was free and SUPER FAST! I found the staff to be very polite. A genuine smile and hello goes along way guys. Value for money was definitely there!!!I we paid only $130 at The Waldorf Stadium which is fresh and modern! I would definitely stay again but will surely and will recommend the apartment hotel to my friends

The location of the Waldorf is minutes from Queen Street but far enough away to be relatively quiet at night. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within a short walk from the Waldorf. I booked a one bed apartment for my stay. I didnt expect a balconies . Idid not expected free internet service based on the graet rate we have! I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to have the benefit of an apartment with the comfort of a hotel.

My two sons,12 and 14- year old, my wife and I, a family of 4, started our holiday trip at Auckland. This was our first visit in the north island. This review was written after we finished our 9 days visit to NZ. (Last year, we spent 9 days in the south island.) Of all around 10 hotels/motels we had experienced . Stadium Waldorf apartment is the most cost effective. The apartment locates near city center, and waterfront,,just a short walk to countdown supermarket,and some restaurants. We were in a large family room which was clean,spacious,modern furnished, kitchenette with complete equipment.,a small balcony with fantastic city view. All other things were also good. eg beds,toilet,sitting room. This was not the best room we had in this trip, but when comparing to the cost. I score it 95/100 ....
