The Place Essence Arenal Resort is located in El Castillo, La Fortuna, Costa Rica. Our geographic location allows us to have a spectacular view over the lake, volcano and to the lava flowing side. Surrounded by Arenal National Park and Monteverde National Park makes the area rich in flora & fauna, most of which can be appreciated in the jungle trails of our 100 acres property, with rivers, waterfall and amazing jungle sites. Accommodation Essence Arenal Resort offers accommodation for 20 persons. We have private rooms with queen-size, private bath, cable TV, magnificent volcano views and terrace. 1 Dorm and 4 private bedrooms with shared bathroom and queen size bed or twin. All beds are equipped with orthopedic mattress antialergic pillows and high quality linins. Direction From La Fortuna 3 Km after Tabacon Thermal Water, there's a police station on de right, take your left leaving the main road and pass the Arenal National Park, then turn left. Alter the bridge turn right and within 3 Km arrive to El Castillo village, take the left up to the Butterfly Farm, alter 1 Km see Essence Arenal on the right side of the road.
