humiliation

I held my daughter's wedding reception on August 6, 2005 and we chose this Hilton. We were told several things and given complete opposites. I was embaressed and humiliated in front of my family and friends, I could have gotten better service and treatment at the motel 6. Our rooms were triple booked and the lobby was full of un happy people and several of the same people had the same room key. it was 9:30 pm before I could get into a room that was reserved for over a month. One of our guest went in to there room at 9:30 and walked in to a dirty room, un made beds, dirty towels the whole nine yards. The food we paid for we only got half of, the un opened bottles of wine were taken back to the kitchen, We paid for that case of wine, we should be able to keep it. We had to pay for all of this in advance, and the manager insulted my wife by telling her he was not a used car salesman and he had to make a proffit. I think this man needs a job cleaning stables, not dealing with public. His name is Bill Mish if that matters to anyone. I have four nieces that are planning their weddings, and after this humiliation, All my brothers can say is they know where not to hold a reception. Very Poor service, very poor!
