Watch the maid service!
By you know, 01/26/10
I seen the one of the maids in the busted paper! She is actually the manager of the maids! She was in the Walker County Busted paper, charged and plead guilty for ARSON! They obviously do not do background checks!

Nice family spot--great value
By Shawn, 02/14/07
Staying at a Hilton is usually out of our price range but we have found great deals for the 4 of us every time we go to 'Nooga. This place is always very clean and quiet. The hotel is situated between the kids hands-on science place and the minor league baseball stadium. It is also just a few blocks from the downtown attractions (aquarium, plaza, etc) so a short walk is all that is required. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi make for great winter trips and the breakfast is absolutely great--especially if you can find a rate that includes the the breakfast bar. I highly recommend this hotel for travelling families--we are staying there this weekend for our fourth visit!!

Wow! What service!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/04/06
The customer service was top notch. I was behind two other guests waiting to check in and the front desk staff offered me a beverage and snack while I waited a few minutes. Then, the bartender comes over and asks if she can offer me anything. I felt like I was the only guest there and didn't might waiting a couple of minutes. The service never wavered the two days I was there. I was frustrated after being stuck in traffic and I forgot all about it as soon as I walked through the lobby doors. The room was amazing with the dimmed lights over the jacuzzi tub and I slept like a baby in the king size bed with tons of pillows. I can't wait until business takes me back to Chattanooga and the Hilton Garden Inn!

Wow! What an experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/08/05
I recently planned our family reunion and held it at this hotel. Not only were they able to accomodate all of our out of town family at the hotel-(huge family)-they made sure we had everything we needed to make it one of the best reunions we have ever had. The banquet hall and the food were excellent and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I got several compliments from family members (who rarely ever have nice things to say)about my choice of locations. I want to personally thank the staff of the Garden Inn and we will most definetly be back!!!

humiliation
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/10/05
I held my daughter's wedding reception on August 6, 2005 and we chose this Hilton. We were told several things and given complete opposites. I was embaressed and humiliated in front of my family and friends, I could have gotten better service and treatment at the motel 6. Our rooms were triple booked and the lobby was full of un happy people and several of the same people had the same room key. it was 9:30 pm before I could get into a room that was reserved for over a month. One of our guest went in to there room at 9:30 and walked in to a dirty room, un made beds, dirty towels the whole nine yards. The food we paid for we only got half of, the un opened bottles of wine were taken back to the kitchen, We paid for that case of wine, we should be able to keep it. We had to pay for all of this in advance, and the manager insulted my wife by telling her he was not a used car salesman and he had to make a proffit. I think this man needs a job cleaning stables, not dealing with public. His name is Bill Mish if that matters to anyone. I have four nieces that are planning their weddings, and after this humiliation, All my brothers can say is they know where not to hold a reception. Very Poor service, very poor!

Not What I Expect from Hilton
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/21/05
I traveled with my family to this hotel and was given a king room after I had reserved a double queen room. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they said they were 100% booked and could not move me. Then I asked for a rollaway and he told me there were none, but would check "every closet in the hotel" to make sure. Yeah right, when we left for dinner moments later, he was standing there socializing with his co-worker. I didn't pay $150 for one night to sleep three in a king bed and one of my daughters on the floor. They never offered a discount, but instead gave us an apology letter and breakfast coupons for their buffet, which was included free with the reservation I had made anyway. Their breakfast is below average and overpriced, Shoneys is just around the corner and has a great breakfast buffet for less money. Bottom line, nice facility, but not worth the extra money.
