Holiday Inn Express Casper, Casper

I have stayed with other holiday inn express hotels many times for business and have found them to be very nice. Now going by past experiences I decided to stay here for a night during a trip through and for the price they charge for a room I would have expected more than what you would get at a motel 6. There was mold in the bathroom, the bed was very uncomfortable, internet access was spotty at best. Furniture in the room was on par with a motel 6, had to listen to the neighbors being " Romantic " during the evening. All in all I would say to keep looking for another place. This one is just not worth what you pay

Really liked this hotel. It seemed new, rooms were quiet even with a lot of families staying with small kids. (the doors were installed well and did not allow a lot of noise into the room because of big gaps). Breakfast was great, the staff stayed hard at it keeping all types of breakfast items in stock even during a wave of families arriving at the same time. The pool looked nice and let in a lot of natural light from the outside. We liked the location as it was just off the interstate, but set back up a hill so we didn't feel like there was a ton of traffic noise by our window. The bathroom was in very good shape, no mold. Good lighting in the parking lot. A modern design for a Holiday Inn Express. The price seemed fair for a Friday night during the summer, and during Cheyenne Frontier Days. The only negatives were that we smelled smoke when we entered the room and my wife felt the room floor was dirty when walking in bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stay here frequently for sports events for the kids. The place is always clean and the staff is always professional and personable. BReakfast is good, quick and easy to get the kids feed before they play whatever the sport of the month is!! The pool is okay and they are pretty understanding when the entire team shows up and get wild like teenagers do! It is very close to the mall which is also important when hauling girls anywhere.

My flooring business reserved a room for an installer that was completing a job in the Casper area. I reserved the room with my credit card, and I authorized all expenses to be paid for withe that card. The staff made the installer leave after a few days because he did not have the credit card on his person. In this day of performing business over long distance and paying with credit cards, this behavior is absurd. I secured another room for the installer at the Day's Inn without any complications, and I will never use Holiday Inn Express again.

This is a very comfortable, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The location is excellent, in a great shopping/eating area and only minutes from the downtown area. No smoke smell was noticed in the rooms, which have wonderfully comfortable beds and a selection of pillows of varying firmness. Could use another blanket on the beds.

My recent stay was in a two double-bed & non smoking room, but it had definitely been smoked in. The room appeared to have old dirt and the bathroom had old mold. To avoid the smoke smell, the only thing I could do was to burn a candle constantly, whatever room (bed area or bath area)while I was actually in that room. (Is it possible to have some sort of sensor that would only go off at the front desk if someone were to light up in their room, and then possibly be fined upon checkout? The upside is room service was exceptional. The server was very polite, friendly & professional. The location was great!
