Good room, good service - but they only have valet parking and there is a delay for bringing the car around... so plan ahead for this.

I was in miami for a conference and stayed at this location The staff was very friendly and helpful The only downside was that everytime you called the desk day or night, it would ring at least 15 times before someone answered. Once I was stuck with alot of baggage outside my room on the 3rd floor and my key didn't work and after a long day of conferences work, etc I had a friend call from the hall phone with no response after two separate calls finally she went down to the desk. This happened multiple times when I would call the desk for a wake up call it would ring 15+ times, very frustrating. What would they do in an emergency if someone needed help?

We stay there with our two kids for a night stay and our experience was terrible. We were charged $11.00 valet parking that we didn't get informed until we arrived. Everytime we need our car, we have to tip the driver. It was extremely annoying. I don't see why we can't park the car ourself in the garage. There was no trash bag in the trash can. It was surrounded by a bunch of building being built. When we left for our sightseeing and came back, our room door was left opened by the staff that brought towels into our room which we didn't even requested. Luckily nothing was stolen. The worst thing about that is the pool. It was so small and soon as you step down it's 4ft. not a pool for kids. Well there is one good thing about that place is that it's only 2 block away from the mall. So if you're a shopper you can stay there.

Looks: Commercial area (all around) hotel is "O.K." (building & rooms), not much landscaping, business centers all around, not very nice for those wishing to relax. Service: Terrible in most aspects - personnel not attentive to customer's needs. Horrible valet personel and service. Future stays: Will stay again only if HAVE to, or if there is absolutely nothing else around.
