Great Hotel Can't Wait to go Back!!

We have stayed at this hotes 3 times during the last month and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. The location was great. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. We really always enjoyed are stay and will stay there again when we go back. Thank you for a great time!!!

Horrible

I booked two suites. One with two queens and a sofa sleeper. One with a queen and a sofa sleeper. I did not get either and the manager refused to help or give me the contact information of the owner. I filed a complaints with the Confort Inn corp office.

Cant think of one bad thing!

From the parking lot to the room it was clean. Friendly staff and loved the fact that it was smoke free. You could really tell the difference in the smell of the rooms. Loved this place and we stayed at another Comfort Suites on our way home because of the expierence we had in Springdale.

I called this place because there was a $59 price pop up for the rooms. this is very deceptive, there are no rooms here for $59 and the do not give a very good group rate. I just think if you put $59 on the rate that originally pops up you should have a room that you offer for $59.

We had a horrible stay at the Comfort Inn Suites in Springdale, Arkansas. I would not recommend to anyone who has children. We were staying for baseball tournament had several rooms. They would not accomodate very many with late check outs, as far as we know we had over 10 rooms reservered there and one person got a late check out. We asked to pay extra to keep the room later they wouldn't let us do that either. They also closed the pool on a Sunday afternoon for 3 to 4 hours... when no one was even in the hotel, the parking lot was empty. I know next year, when Harrison, comes to play in Springdale for the Tournament, WE WILL NOT BE STAYING IN COMFORT INN SUITES... Thanks Curtis for being so nice to us! NOT!
