Lebua at State Tower Hotel, Bang rak

This is a nice hotel, 5 star to be honest. Checking in was a breeze, we immediately went to our suite rather than waiting in the couches of the lobby of most hotels around the world. Food was great, and restaurants too. We became fond thus not knowing we already spent almost $300 on dinner plus cocktail drinks in Mezzaluna (sorry if I spelled it wrong), overall we spent close to $500 with champagne in Sirroco and cocktail drinks at the Sky Bar on the hotel's rooftop. Our room was great, we stayed on the 52nd floor if I wasn'st mistaken. It's part hotel, part condo. Why lost in translation? When you go out of the hotel, it's a different feeling, as if you're almost in a slum area(sorry for the word) but it's sure not the same feeling when we stayed at Four Seasons in Chidlom.It's almost a crown jewel in the left in the dessert. We had a nice stay though!

From check in to check out the stay was awesome. The staff was incredible, the food wonderful, and the service was impeccable. I have found a new place to stay in Bangkok.

We stayed recently at the Lebua at the end of Janaury 2007! Wow what a facility! I travel the world and have stayed in many top of the line hotels and I will say this was one of the best. We had a two bedroom suite and the pictures and descriptions did not do it justice. The only cons with this suite was: One bedroom ( master had a kingsize) bed and TV and Internet connection. The other bedroom had two single beds, no TV and no internet connection. Also the Living room did not have any internet connection at the desk. So the other person staying in the suite with me had to use my room when he wanted to use the internet. The SkyBar and the resturants were the best and the staff was the kindest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. We had the BMW pick us up at the airport and it ws just the best. If you want a first class experience stay at the Lebua Hotel! You will not regret it! THE BEST!

From the moment we walked in, almost midnight, after 18+ hours of flying we were greeted with a smile, a quick check in while sitting comfortably on a couch. Quickly we were escorted to our suite (all rooms are suites). The room was welcoming, not pretentious, large, comfortable and had all the amenities you'd expect and want. The view from our 59th floor balcony was phenomenal. This is Bangkok, so we were provided plenty of bottled water for drinking and brushing. The room had a small kitchenette area, a living room, large bathroom and bedroom with a view that provided amazing sunrises, sunsets and night scenes. The service was impeccable, the restaurants delicious. Sirocco and the skybar were un-real, but very expensive. Still, worth the experience.

This hotel now is named as Hotel LeBua State Tower. All the staff are so friendly, excellent location, very clean & new furnished. It is a super high rise hotel with 198 suites (1 room, 2 rooms & 3 rooms), with great river view (my suite is at 54/F non smoking floor), the Italian Restaurant at 65/F tasted great. The hotel rate is cheaper than Oriental and Shangrila which are just opposite to this tall building.

I was very fascinated with the room definitely! The furnishings was simple yet it looked posh and relaxing. I can see the famous Chao Phraya River from my hotel room balcony and being on the 58th floor is just breathtaking. The Dome, the highest spot of the hotel (check out the pictures) is definitely the place to relax after a tiring day out. Nearby place to shop is Centrepoint, where you can find pretty shoes for ladies for as low as USD$4!!! As much as I'm fascinated with the hotel room and views, I'm impressed with the prompt service of the hotel staffs who are always friendly and humble.

I was wondering how this tall tower would be before checking into it. The Big Suites had surprised me . Room are all equipped with nice furnitures, kitchen , bathroom ,superking size bed and most of all a Balcony where u can view Bangkok . The Staffs are very professional , when it comes to your personnal needs, they take care of you just like you are a baby! Have to thank Mr.Suchard, Ms.Lily both are the duty manager and Ms.Montalee (sales) They are all so professional , together they have made my stay unforgettable and also have made this tall tower more special. Will Stay Here everytime I come to Bangkok.
