Also within three miles of HYATT House Colorado Springs is the Chapel Hill Mall and numerous area restaurants.Hotel amenities include outdoor pool, fitness center, and whirlpool.The guest rooms at this hotel feature fully-equipped kitchens, living rooms with cable TVs with VCRs, and separate bedrooms.Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable deposit of 20.00USD per night for a 1-6-night stay and a 150.00USD non-refundable deposit for a 7-plus night stay. HYATT house will allow up to 2 Housebroken household pets (defined as a dog or declawed cat) per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of $150.00 for the 1st pet and an additional $50.00 fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs. Service Animals are exempt from fees.

Very nice place to stay with children

I noticed that someone noted in their review about the train tracks that go right beside the building. Well, we did stay on the side that the trains ran. Even though, at night, it seemed like a train went by every 5 minutes we could barely hear a thing. The only way we noticed how often they came by was that my children were watching them. It was a very nice stay, and the guest hosts go out of their way to insure your comfort, especially a young man named Chad. We stayed there for 5 nights and will surely stay there again if we ever return to the springs. My one and only problem with the service was housekeeping. 3 days in a row I had to call the front desk for clean washcloths that weren't replaced after service was done. I found that odd. But the friendliness of the staff made up for it in the end.

Great hotel for 5000 hyatt gold passport points

I used 5000 hyatt gold passport points to get one free night in a one bedroom king suite. I rarely give five stars to any hotel but this vastly exceeded my expectations. I asked for room on west side since I was told other side can have train noise PROS Very good quality amenities and furniture; spacious suite; spacious bathroom; two large LCD TV and one DVD player but I did not use DVD player; many cable channels on TV Free daily breakfast and free evening snacks [Monday to Thursday] Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows; great towels in bathroom Fully equipped kitchenette but I did not cook anything Helpful front desk; I was sick so he let me check in at 2pm Very quiet and peaceful location yet close to I-25 Has free business center with free computers with free internet access; great for printing out airline boarding passes in advance CONS Hot items in breakfast were not fresh but frozen stuff that had been heated up

We stayed at the bradford hotel, it was all good, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok, I got tired of french toast, we were there a week and had french toast 3 times. The only real thing I have as a complaint was the pool, it was dirty, full of leaves and dead bugs, and the pool is outside but its surrounded by the building. I realized after I went swimming in it a couple of times the filter was not working. By the 3rd day of vacation I had an infection in my ear from the pool, my ear was swallen and sore the rest of our vacation. I liked the place except for this and because of this I probably wouldnt recommend staying there and I wouldn't go back.

loved it

we have stayed in colorado springs many times and so far this is one of our favorite places to stay . the rooms were great with the seperate bedroom and living room . the service was very good and the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch . you just felt more relaxed here than some of the other hotels in town . It's a little hard to find with all the construction in the area but its worth the extra effort .

Trains and Traffic

The hotel location was great if you don't mind the traffic and detours due to bridge construction in the area. There are also train tracks next to the hotel that run coal trains 24 hours a day. Our room was located on the opposite side of the building away from the tracks so the trains weren't too bothersome. Overall, we were quite pleased with this property and the room rate was an excellent value. We will definately stay here again.

Poor housekeeping

Reserved room for 5 nights and after the first night we did not receive any housekeeping service or fresh towels. I called the manager to report this and she assured me things would be taken care of. After 4 more nights and making daily requests our room was never cleaned and we had to get our own clean towels. When we checked out the entire kitchen area was full of dirty towels and garbage. Not only did we never get clean sheets, our beds were never made.

Great place to stay

We have stayed in the Bradford Suites in Colorado Springs twice and will certainly stay there again on our next trip to the Springs. The hotel is very well maintained, they have a very nice breakfast set up in the morning and a great little store you can purchase different food or toilet articles for your suite 24 hours a day. Nicely located for sight seeing.
